Clean comfortable and well located

I couldn’t quite figure out the air con settings

Location

Coffee pods were not refilled. I ordered room service for dinner. Waited over an hour. Called reception again, they told me the kitchen was closed and forgot to call me back! Stayed for 3 days. Sheets were not replaced.

Central location

The room was comfy, bathroom is nice apart from the shower/ toilet flood many hotels misconfigure...although we were in a twin room, the bed length was a little short for me, I'm 6'2 but managable. There were 2 tables, I think one of the tables could be removed to improve space in the twin rooms.

The room was a little cluttered due to the second table. The sound insulation was not so great, considering this is not a big hotel we were woken during the night from clangs, bangs & shouting from people out on the street.

The staff are not helpful, not friendly, the room is full of dust, the bathroom is dirty, the drain doesn’t work properly and the worst part is the aircon that doesn’t work making the rooms ridiculous uncomfortable to stay during summer!

It’s a very nice hotel. The location is directly in the city and you find everything in walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean with everything you need.

Unfortunately the AC was not working and it was very hot this day, but the staff was very kind and understanding and we found a good solution.

We love the location for events at RAC Arena and close walking distance to city shopping

The price of the stay very expensive and not affordable in the price of living currently but a great location.
