Has parking

The room was absolutely filthy spiders and cobwebs everywhere and it had a fusty smell. This room had not been cleaned properly for many months.

The young lad was nice and friendly who worked there, bed was very comfortable, was ok for sleeping in. They are doing work on the place,

Boiler was not on so had to wait for hot water, then today monday for check out no hot water again so couldn't shower, , room was ok but if ya fussy and check everything then there's cobwebs all over and mould in bathroom, but we dint mind as our bed was clean. The garden could do with weeds doing and would be ok out there.

Limited drinks,could not call it a bar. Website said continental breakfast included. To be told on arrival there wasn’t due to building work being carried out. Television signal bad. Shower had dirty grouting shabby shower tray water was Luke warm. Curtains were not black out so light coming through. No discount offered despite not getting what website said. Would only use again if a last Resort.

No proper bar Nowhere to even get a cold drink eg vending machine Rooms in need of tlc Sink had not been cleaned behind taps had what looked like dried blood On check out the door we were advised to use on arrival was locked so had no way of exiting the building had to do a complete circle of the lower floor to find our way back to reception ( thank god there wasn’t a fire. ) felt like I was intruding on other neighbours privacy Overlooking there rear gardens.

Bed was comfy. Was quiet during the night. The person that checked us in was welcoming.

Looks a little bit run down and outdated. First impressions when arriving weren't great. Mould in the shower and bathroom cobwebs in corners of the room. Doors needed a wipe, as did the table and kettle (old coffee splattering on the kettle) Or room looked out to some overgrown bushes with old fence panelling and the side of a shed. Careful when booking here as a really low budget hotel/room. Would not recommend.

Hotel looked run down….parked the car, as arranged… went back later to book in…. Took one look at the room…. Nope… not staying here, so drove back home ( 60 miles). Be ok for ‘ contractors’ for work purpose, but nothing else…. Will be double checking when using booking. Com. Should be removed or rated as poor

I have complained and not had no refund still! Absolutely disgusting hotel! I couldn’t breath as I struggle with ashtma and it was so damp. Freezing cold and dirty! Rude staff who did not help. Still awaiting a refund as the hotel have refused! We had to leave after around 10 minutes and pay for another stay elsewhere! Disgusting!

Room was disgusting, very dirty obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Food stains in sink, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed!

Everything, I don’t mind basic but I atleast expect clean!
