Personalet gjorde meget ud af, at vi havde det godt hele tiden. De var simpelthen så søde og venlige! Vores villa var i en kategori for sig - vi havde egen pool, kæmpe badekar og en dejlig stor seng. Stedet var over al forventning.

Noise from building site behind us. Workers were just the other side of the fence from us. some type of meeting place for lots of people just beside that. Music, singing &conversations. even our next door family had music going.

The hospitality and the customer service from the staff was amazing, me and my husband really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we went to Bali. Cleanliness is a big thing for me and this place was defo kept very clean and maintained. Very happy with this stay, highly recommend!

This is personal preference and may not matter to many people but the bathroom area is partially outside with no doors, I did get used to it after the first day or two and there were no insects/animals coming in so it was all good and I guess it’s all a part of the experience. My husband loved it, I was just scared about creepy crawl’s coming in but like I said it was fine.

The private pool, shower and outside area were a perfect place to pass the hot days. The bedroom had AC and a mosquito net in case we needed it. The food was great, and had a large variety of choices. The location is quite and you can even walk around the neighborhood and see some rice patties. The hotel had a convenient shuttle into the city with a schedule, but also could arrange transport for you. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us tips and arranging last minute hikes for us. Yannik was very helpful in the front desk. But everyone helped make our vacation great. Thank you!!

القهوه اتمنى يتم تحسينها صيانة بعض مرافق الفيلا مثل كراسي التشميس تحتاج إلى الاهتمام و النظافة و العناية بالأشجار في الفناء و حول المسبح و ايضا مناشف الاستحمام الخاصه بالمسبح لابد من الاهتمام بها

We like their breakfast because they provide fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea, both local and continental breakfast available, thus fit for very family members. We enjoyed the pool in our villa, and stay inside as long as we wish. The room is cozy, comfortable, AC is cool. Their bathroom is big, both shower and bath tub available. Their staffs are very friendly. we also used their free transport between the resort and Ubud (near Monkey forest)

Although I really appreciated the convenience to have the massage in my bedroom. But the quality is worse than the common massage services available in Ubud center. I shared my feedback to resort staff on my second day stay because I was feeling a little hurt in my left shoulder muscles , I think it's due to the massage time and intensity distributed on both sides of the my body were uneven. More than 50% of the time, the masseur simply used the palm of her hand to apply massage oil back and forth on the body without applying finger pressure to the acupuncture points and deep muscles. Although hotel staff took my feedback and gave me 20% discount after all. But I don't think I will try it again.
