The room was very clean and large so we weren’t on top of each other. Air con worked fantastic and were able to watch a movie in English. Close walking distance to town and eatting places. We even walked at 6am to the ferry. Safe and close didn’t need a taxi. The lift was magic for our suitcases. Kids loved the balcony, it was like the movies. Staff were great. Giving us easy access to our room early.

Struttura al centro a pochi metri dal duomo

La posizione centrale, nel cuore della movida e con affaccio sul porto rende la stanza estremamente rumorosa, anche di notte: rumore inaccettabile. L'avvolgibile non funzionava correttamente venendo meno alla sua funzione di protezione dalla luce. Due delle quattro lampadine della camera non funzionavano. Il bidet aveva l'erogatore rotto rendendone difficoltoso l'uso. L'erogatore del portasapone non era disponibile. Il proprietario non ha segnalato che dalle 5 della mattina, a causa della concomitante maratona, i parcheggi antistanti la struttura e nel raggio di un km tutto intorno, dovevano essere liberati perché lungo le strade principalmente interessate dalla gara. Questo ha creato un forte disagio perché ci ha costretto a cercare un parcheggio ad elevata distanza dalla struttura con difficoltà nella gestione dei bagagli. L'androne del palazzo in cui si trova la struttura è sporco e maleodorante. In generale l'impressione è che l'unico scopo del proprietario è fare cassa senza prestare la minima attenzione al cliente. Scarsa flessibilità sull'orario del check -out (mezz'ora in più rispetto all'orario previsto) nonostante la struttura non fosse al completo. Mai successo che un host non abbia fatto un minimo sforzo per venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente in periodi di bassa stagione e con struttura non al completo. NON torneremo e NON consiglieremo la struttura ad amici e parenti.

💯 la vista mare

Расположение отличное,недалеко от порта и железнодорожной станции,рядом кафешки и ресторанчики.Заезд был легким.Такой чистоты в номере не часто встретишь,постельное белье было белоснежным и отглаженным,удобная кровать,хороший балкончик,ванная комната огромная.

The owner was really kind, and helpful. It was a last minute booking, but he managed everything for us, it was a really good exprecience, and the location is the best. It was my best decision.

high quality bed and bedsheet, 100% cotton very very pleasant. very nice building from architecture point of view, rooms with high ceiling. very nice view on the harbor. perfect location (close to train station)
