Great property, well looked after and good location

The hosts live just next door and were very welcoming. We felt like we had good privacy, but could also easily reach out to the hosts when we needed to ask questions / borrow towels etc.
Location was convenient and a short walk away from the beach and the restaurants

It is about 400 m to the beach. The location is quiet. The equipment is excellent, especially the kitchen. Everything is new and modern. The hosts live in the same house, but are discreetly in the background, although they are always available and very helpful. The only potential for improvement: the outdoor seating area is not covered, so that it cannot be used when it rains, which surprisingly we had plenty of.

Everything was perfect. The attention to detail was second to none. Within a few hundred yards to the beach. Only a short drito the Whitianga ferry. Stunning.

The accommodation was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Games and television provided. Couldn't fault the property

Location was perfect, super close to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Murray and Judy were lovely hosts and were even kind enough to lend us a bike and help us with finding a charger for my friend's bike.

the owner is very kind, nice, approachable and accommodating. You can feel how she cares about the visitors by welcoming us, by attending to our needs right away. Very remarkable people and place. my expectations were exceeded.

The hosts were lovely, really went above and beyond. We have two kids and they were so thoughtful and offered us everything we needed to make our stay easier and more enjoyable for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Everything from top to bottom was brilliant. Judy & Murray have thought of all the little details that mean so much to a traveller away from home.

Apartment very nice and close to beach. Judy was most welcoming and over and above gave me a birthday gift as my partner and I were celebrating my birthday. 120% recommended
