I thought it was great value! It was clean and comfortable,perfect for a night or two,great little area with a restaurant,pool area and a massage & spa really close by.

I think it was all good,no complaints.

Great budget friendly option in Trat. Basic but clean accommodation. Great bar and restaurant down the road too.

Was a damage list in the room. I usually associate a price list of damages with hotels that attract people who may damage things. Maybe don’t have it so prominent in the room.

Once I checked-in at the hotel with our 3 rooms booking, it seems that the hotel didn’t has our reservation records. They took times to re-check rooms for us. Even though we finally got all the rooms but 1 of our room was requested to move to another room which was smaller such as beds, pillows and less facilities within the room compare with the one we last moved. Besides, the staffs should be more well train in service manner perspective as the hotel rooms have connected door with one another but when they want to lock the door to limit an access from the next room that not come with the same group, the staffs not even knock the door for notice, they just open it straight away. Imagine what if the customers were not in a condition that not ready to see anyone in their private room. This’s unacceptable in terms of privacy.

I visited this hotel on several occasions and always was satisfied. It is clean, have good breakfast, comfortable, good location, very good swimming pool and nice staff.

Super clean and a fantastic bed! Very comfortable bed! Great pool to enjoy and breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was very attentive to Covid precautions and that really made us feel good. If staying the night before traveling to an island, it's perfect!

Hard to find something we didn't like, but there was no way to make hot coffee water in the room. Kind of important for me ;)
