Lovely room, with ocean view. Not modern but cleverly designed for privacy and everything else. Quiet part of town. Staff were so welcoming and flexible to our wishes.definitely recommend.

Location was exceptional. Lovely and clean with great amenities.

We hope that air con may be installed in the future but appreciated the fans provided.

The location and outlook is superb. Quiet and close to the village and beautiful beach. Staff were very helpful and professional.

The space around the bed was a little tight....

the property is a stones throw to the beach. the view from the top floor. units 1 and 2 have a great view to the water. 600 metre walk into Nelson Bay waterfront. well stocked Kitchenette.

As an older block a part wall blocks the view within the unit. Furniture was not comfortable.

No air con. Very small. Injured on premises. Was told management informed. Not approached at all. Hardest bed I've slept on.

Great location. There was a top view across Port Stephens from the balcony outside the room. The facilities were relatively basic but good. It was a one minute walk to the pure white sands and crystal clear waters of Dutchmans Beach. Superb water in which to cool down.

It had been pointed out that the room was not air conditioned but did have fans which did work reasonably enough. Unfortunately our stay coincided with very warm humid nights for which air conditioning would have provided us with a far more comfortable sleep. Be aware of this if you intend to stay during the hot humid months of the year.

Premises in dire need of upgrade. Very old and dreary. Overdue for maintenance. Drab and boring.
