The Villa exceeded expectations, we had an incredible time. Fully equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable beds. Perfect for family. Beautiful near by beaches and our favourite Rubicon Marina. We hope to return

A really lovely and clean villa. It looked exactly like the photos provided and great value for money. It really made our trip. Great location, in a quieter area but around 15 minute walk to the marina with lots of restaurants and then 30 minute walk to playa Blanca. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return!

Perfect villa for a complete switch off relaxation week in the sun! Pool area is beautiful and gets the sun all day until late. We used the BBQ a few times and the kitchen is very well equipped, although lacking a chopping board?! Bedrooms are comfortable and great sizes with plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Bathroom nice and bright with good showers. Used the washing machine to freshen up our towels and other bits. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa which has everything you need. Owners are very quick to respond to any questions and are very helpful. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. Marina rubicon is about 10/15 minutes walk. We loved our stay here and will most definitely be back, thanks guys!

Villa location, how clean it was and excellent WIFI

lovely quiet location and the facilities were ideal for us. Lovely garden area with our own pool and lovely balconies off the two upstairs bedrooms too.

Lovely spacious villa with two floors so plenty of space both inside and out. very peaceful and easy walking distance to the supermarket and lovely scenic walk to the marina (15mins) and playa Blanca (30 min walk along the seafront) Good comfortable beds and excellent showers! kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels for the outside area/pool. Would def recommend!

not much! it was really good value for money! The little sofa by the pool was cracked so we couldn’t really use it (looked like it was a cheap one - but we informed the owner it was broken) And would have been good to have recycling bins more clearly labelled - or maybe we didn’t find them?

That it gave a degree of privacy where we did not have to get up at 6am to get a sun lounger, it was pretty close to the beach so you do get a sea view, it was extremely clean inside the correspondence between the owners and ourselves was great.

The pool needed a clean and the pool steps did not feel secure. We could not get the fans to work in the bedroom or the living room and the living room light did not seem to work either. We went back to our hotel each night because of the fans not working and lack of air-conditioning

Lovely villa, very spacious and well equipped. It is within walking/hiking distance of the Papagayo beaches and the location was ideal for us. Younger people who are interested in night life/clubbing might prefer a location closer to the center of town.

Lovely 'villa' with a pool and BBQ facilities. You can get there with public transportation (bus 161+30) or by car. 1st bedroom on the ground floor. 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the first floor, one had a connected bathroom with bath and one a seperate central bathroom with only shower. Plenty of room in all bed- and bathrooms. The 'backyard' is also decently sized with enough beds for sunbathing. The pool is very nice and is about 1.50-1.60m deep. Dino supermarket is about 7 min away by foot. Free parking all around. Boulevard with seaside view is a 2 min walk, great for running. The harbor with restaurants around it is a 15min walk. It's clean and quiet. Good bed, good shower, good wifi. Everything you need is there: toaster, oven, microwave, etc. Nice porch in the back so you can sit in the shadow. Good communication with the hosts via whatsapp. Lovely place. We arrived in the morning and we were allowed to go straight to the villa from the airport instead of waiting till 16:00 hours. On our last day we were allowed to stay until 12:00 hours instead of 10:00 hours. Our flight was in the evening.

There is a hotel across the street and they play some music from 21:00-23:00 hours but it is not too loud. We couldn't get the washing machine or the dishwasher to work but then again: we didn't try too hard. It wasn't a big deal as we were only there for a week.

The property was very nice overall, perhaps too big for the two of us :) the pool and the outside area is just gorgeous. The villa is also very close to a nice walk on the water side. The internet was also good to hold two people working the whole day.

The cleaning was not perfect. It could have been the low season, but could be improved.

Everything! This is perfect place for your holiday. Very well equipped and maintained villa. Super comfortable beds, lovely sitting room and swimming pool area with dinning table and lots of sunbeds. Great contact with lovely owner :)

There should be more "basic" stuff in a villa (sugar, pepper, salt or some cleaning products) but probably they were removed by host because of Covid situation so we didn't complain ;)
