The location was perfect , very clean and a great pool. Loads of great places to eat around the marina. Short stroll to the beach. Host dealt with any questions promptly and was very friendly, checking in with us during the week

Great villa for a family holiday. Location was perfect as walking distance to Marina Rubicon and also great for sight seeing other resorts (we had a hire car). Communication from Yassel was great before and during our stay. So many places to eat and a lovely walk from the marina to the main resort of playa blanca. The villa itself was great for a family of 4 and the outdoor seating area was great for some shade during the day. The pool table was a definite bonus for us for some pool challenges even if I didn’t come away as pool champion! We are regular villa users and this villa was perfect due to the location. Having a washing machine is also great especially when it’s raining back in the UK as you can wash everything before coming home and also means you don’t need to pack as much. The villa is in a quiet location and very private. All in all a fantastic holiday.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything but some extra plates and mugs so I could have used the dishwasher more 😃

Very clean, good location only 10 mins from Marina. Yassel was lovely, checked all was good and if anything needed.

Just my preference Kitchen worktop could be flatter.

Lovely villa really clean. Excellent location not far from marina Rubicon about 10 min walk. The pool was lovely and warm so we could use it. Great value for money would definitely stay again.

I would have liked a safe

The host Yassel was in contact with us prior to arrival and arranged to meet up with us when we arrived at the property. He was excellent in the handover very impressive, very clean and tidy himself. As was the property which was presented exactly as he was spotless , clean and tidy, this was very impressive. He explained any problem we were to contact him . This property was ideal, a short 10 mins walk into the Rubicon marina complex for supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The property was down the end of a small cul de sac so it was very quiet. We had a very enjoyable visit well worth the stay.

Nothing to fault , first time to Lanzarote and enjoyed it.

Great location. Nice to have outdoor space. Pool table good fun and kids loved the pool despite it being cold.

Pool was quite cold (we were unlucky with the weather so could be different in constant sunshine). Would be good to have more plates and bowls (only 3 cereal bowls available) and also some provisions like oil, salt, pepper and spices. We had to buy a lot so we could cook a couple of meals. A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk would also be a good idea.
