Pool was nice

no air conditioning. I moved rooms and still the same no air conditioning. same property as Kalagh but I paid $200 more. noisy room on busy road.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly in the room, only had reception in the balcony. property is old and needs maintenance in some areas. also, same breakfast menu everyday.

Lack of entertainment for kids. Limited restaurant options and meals. Limited night activities.

The cleaning ladies was incredible. The rooms where always very clean. The rest of the staff was really nice and helpful as well.

Hotel is near main City Madina, and near the the big supermarket like carrefour. Staff was very helpful, specially Mr. Norridine, who was the in charge at Reception, he was very helpful and cooperative.

Rooms could be improved for newer technologies

very bad experience - shower was broken, blockage in bathroom, locker in room was not working, spider and web in room, internet not working, lift not working - Total waste of Money.

Location , facilities and cleaning

The food , the fact we were conned in the price as we book to stay in club paradisio with that price but actually they did make us stay in the cheaper hotel which called zalagh kasbah

everything, it’s garbage not hotel, don’t let them fool you by the bool photos, it’s a huge trash from inside, there’s even no water for drinking, shower is 80 years old, etc

The rooms are large and comfortable with both AC and mini fridges available. The pools are both amazing and offer both a lively or peaceful option depending on your mood. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff very attentive. The staff in general was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us when we had questions or requests. When we were looking for something we didn’t just get pointed to the right direction, but instead led exactly to where we needed to go, which was much appreciated and speaks to how they treat guests. The evening entertainment was also great, with great live guitar music and singing being a highlight.

Water pressure and hot water in the room showers could be improved, and stable Wifi was not always available, and not at all in the rooms. For non all-inclusive guests it would be great to have the option to charge drinks/food to the room and pay the bill at the end with the credit card (I think we would have bought more had we not been limited with the cash we had to carry around).

The property would t let us check in at the states check in time and told us we’d have to wait’. They quite standoffish when we requested they put us in any available room they had and we didn’t have a room until 45 minutes after the check in time. we literally were staying for one night as we had a wedding in the area so we had very little time in the hotel but it was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. There were cockroaches in the room and when we requested drinking water we were told no. Don’t stay here, it’s more expensive than much nicer places / riads we stayed in etc

Great food, good location and friendly staff

I found a big cockroach in the bathroom which is the last thing I would like to meet in vacation time. Pool chairs too crowded, impossible to find spare ones.

Loved the pool. The entertainment was good, even though we didn't really understand the morrocan songs.

The wifi, it was really poor in the rooms and at times even around the pool area. You had to go to the lobby for it. Also, not many restaurants around the hotel to eat. Had to get a taxi and find places which I guess was a good thing. Explored more I guess.
