La chambre , la proximité avec le centre

Le rapport qualité / prix Trop cher pour le service offert . Nous avons demandé dès notre arrivée à avoir le late check out : on nous a expliqué que cela ne pouvait se décider que le jour du départ (compréhensible en pleine saison) sauf que l’hôtel n’était pas du tout plein. Et lorsque que le jour du départ nous avons pu avoir le late check out , il nous a été demandé de payer 110 euros pour 3 heures 30 supplémentaires… nous trouvons cela honteux Cet hôtel est peut être joli, mais pas a la hauteur du prix payé . Le personnel de Ménage reste toutefois très sympathique et avenant .

Zimmer sind schön und gross, im allgemeinen sauber und das Wifi ist sehr schnell. Ebenfalls aus meiner Sicht gut isoliert, wenig Lärm.

Die Mitarbeiter (Restaurant, Pool, Bar) sind langsam, teilweise unfreundlich. Unterhalten sich lieber untereinander anstatt den Kunden zu bedienen. Man sitzt bis zu 15 Minuten an einem Tisch bis jemand kommt, für ein 5 Sterne Hotel unfassbar und absolut inaktzeptabel. (Mit grosser Ausnahme das Personal an der Rezeption, jene sind wirklich zuvorkommen und freundlich). Die "interne" Regel kein Alkohol von draussen reinzubringen ist reine Geldmacherei, Bier im Hotel kostet 75 Dirham, im Carrefour 50 Meter nebenan 18 Dirham.

The staff are appalling , rude don’t give a damn attitude . Forgot to ask for security deposit so banned from buying services . No sign of any management. Never reply to emails or return calls . Shockingly run . How this can be a conference venue god only knows

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to a mall, making it incredibly convenient to explore shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste and preference. One of the standout features was the pool area – it was both spacious and serene, providing an ideal spot to unwind. The on-site spa was equally impressive, boasting top-notch facilities that added to the overall relaxation of my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were unfailingly friendly and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge, as well as Azzedine and Chaimaa from guest relations, for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a convenient and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Big pool

Staff constantly asking if I’m a guest in the hotel. At the entry, at the carpark. I understand that it’s for security. But the way they ask me it makes me feel very unwelcome. Like I’m an intruder. Breakfast was like a zoo. No empty tables available. Was walking around with food in my hand looking for a place to eat. This was 2 days in a row. The 3 rd day we just went to eat in the adjacent mall. Don’t book breakfast in this hotel. Shower was clogged, unable for water flow. Resulted in flooded bathroom and also leaked in the bedroom. Like a lot. Bedroom full of standing water. I was taking a shower at midnight after a long day. I called reception multiple times, they said they would send someone. Nobody came for over an hour. I’ve explained that the room is completely flooded, still nobody came. I fell asleep waiting for someone to come. Next morning I called again multiple times and waited. Eventually I went out myself and found a cleaner and asked her to come check my room. She was shocked to see the bed, pillows, shoes, suitcases, all wet. And asked why I didn’t call for help …?! They just mopped the room, like nothing happened. No apology, no offer of another room. No offer dry cleaning to dry my clothes and shoes. Same night, I took a shower again, still shower clogged. Next morning we checked out to never return again. It was 300€ a night for this hotel, but even 50€ a night would’ve been too expensive. Better value for money is pestana marrakech. Similar prices, but much better service.
