The price, location, cleanliness was perfect for our one night stay. They had breakfast available from a communal area in the centre garden which was great, tea, toast and omelettes. For the price this place was great.

The room was basic but clean and bright.The free breakfast and tea and coffee all day was great.

A bedside table and lamp would of been handy.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean but the bed was hard as a rock. Had to collect my bones one by one after I got up. Could as well have slept on the tiled floor, wouldn't have made any difference 🤣 The location is a little bit off the center but if you got a scooter it doesn't matter! If it weren't for the rock hard bed, this place would be a first choice!

beach is little far from room , walk to beach around 10min - 20min …. and I didn't use the refrigerator because it stinks. I stay only one night it was ok

Big and clean room with two balconies. Did not stay long so I can't say much, the garden area looked nice too. The location is good because it's far from the noisy bars, 5 minutes from the action, 10-15 minutes to the beach.

I would give them 10/10 but the bed and the pillows were not comfortable at all. Did not sleep well there.

The setting is very nice, if you have a mountain view. Deluxe rooms are in a 2 storey, view blocked by trees. But has 2 balconies, nice breeze from mountain. Standard room in 4 storey building, I had 3rd floor mountain view. Very nice. No balcony but can open window, again good breeze. View of garden, bungalows and aviary. Not many bars nearby, but good sports bar 50m down the road. I would stay again, indeed, have extended my stay.

Not much really. Location let's it down a little, minimum 10 minute walk to the beach and hotel is halfway up a long hill. But there are taxis up and down the road, although infrequent and unreliable. Dodgy drainage but not unexpected.

Nice bungalow friendly staff, 10 minutes walk to beach, free toast and coffee for breakfast, local and western food nearby, enjoyed our stay.

Chill place, cool birds. Room was clean and location was great. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

A decent stay for good value. Rooms are big enough. Nice view to the mountains. Friendly staff.

Extremely hard mattresses. We stayed on the top floor so when it rained, it was so loud on the roof, we couldn't sleep.

Clean comfortable room with everything you’d need. Very friendly helpful staff. Lots of trees, and big cages with birds. Feels like you’re in a jungle and makes the room very private. 10 minutes walk to the beach and supermarket, motorbike rental next door.

If noise bothers you, the birds might be a bit loud.

There is a lot to like , the owner is very helpful , we got upgraded to a bigger room ,, the location is quite good with restaurants , shops and the beach fairly closeby. There is tea and coffee in the room and also toast and drinks provided in the morning. The price is very good value too. Great choice of TV channels.

There are caged birds nearby the living area which can be a bit noisy but personally I liked them. Sometimes the toilet cistern would jam or stick leaving an awkward wait to flush , also the shower hose did not fit the wall bracket so you had to hold it whilst showering , apart from these small issues it was very good.
