One of my worst hotel experiences ever. From check-in to check-out. Unfriendly staff who didn’t even speak basic English. I was called on the first day and the receptionist was practically shouting at me to check out even though I had booked the room for two nights. Nobody cleaned my room despite me hanging the ‘service my room’ sign on my door knob. Hot water didn’t work properly so I had to take a cold shower. The fridge wasn’t switched on before I came into the room. I would advise people to avoid this hotel.

The location is good and the hotel is clean

There need for staff to be more engaging and adaptive to guest of varied language and origin. Daily cleaning of the rooms and provision of toiletries we were not done except on request.

Location is at outskirts of city, hence peaceful & calm. Room was neat and tidy. Staff was co-operative however its bit difficult to communicate if you can't speak Arabic.

I was disappointed for missing some basic amenities especially in the bathroom. The shower didn't dispense water properly, very low volume, hence consumed lot of time for a simple shower plus the struggle to manage hot & cold water. The wash basin was located outside the bathroom. There was no space or hanger in bathroom to hang your clothes, no tray to keep the soap, shampoo etc.

Room size was good

Bad customer service. They gave my room to someone else even though I arrived during correct check in time. Same happened to my friends. Don't expect this place to honor your reservation.
