Fantastic accommodation downtown, super close to the beaches (1-2 min walk, we could see it from the windows), to Shuk HaCarmel (these were my requirements) and pretty much everywhere. Also for Tel Aviv this was a great value for money. The apartment was very clean and nice, had truly everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Also I liked the access to the rooftop terrace. We didn't have much time to enjoy it as much as we wanted but it's fantastic that the guests can use it. When I come back to my beloved Tel Aviv and Miraks Apartments are available, then I will stay here again :)

The location is just perfect at the seafront, you can have very nice view from the property rooftop. You have your privacy and also space to relax. Recommended

The location is good.

Cockroaches everywhere. Even under the pillow. Smashed by the pillow so the staff had to realize it. Poor hygienic situation. Overall, we wonder how this place has a good reputation at all.

Wifi was very slow. One could count it out. We had to bank on mobile network, and even that had very poor speed in this area. Also, there are not 2 bathrooms. It is one batroom and one toilet only. None of these have locks, surprisingly.

Great location, very close to the beach, 10 minutes way from Carmel Market, 30 minutes away from Jaffa port, 20 minutes away from Dizengoff square

The apartment hasn't been cleaned properly before we came. There was dust everywhere, even in the drawers. The terace was very dirty, under the sink outside there was a bag full of garbage from previous clients. The chairs on the terace are in very poor condition. The wifi never worked, and although we announced this problem, it was never fixed. There was never enough hot water for 4 people to shower. Beside the location, there was nothing worth coming back

Location. Near to the beach, bus route as well as the Carmel Market, Dizingof Squre etc. Plenty of bodegas around for supplies. Living area was spacious with a dining table and 4 chairs. One and a half bathrooms was very convenient. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Nice little outdoor area with chairs and a table to chill on a warm night.

The kitchen was "tired" and needs to be refurbished. Kitchen utensils were lacking. We had 2 knives, one was broken. The crockery was mash up of various looks. No toaster. No dish drying rack. Frying pan was dirty. Our stove did not work. When we told management, they wanted us to send them a picture. Like that's going to help! They never came by to fix the stove so we had no stove for the duration of our stay. We also had zero response from the management when we asked them how the safe worked. Shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. We took showers wearing flip flops in order no to fall. No grab handle in the shower. The bed was ok but we each felt it when the other got into bed. Bedroom is a bit cramped. No much shelf space

Everything was super ok! Clean, quiet, many clean towels, apartment with two air conditioning units!

Great location at a great price. The room was a bit basic but had everything we needed and was great value for Tel Aviv. The guys at the office were also really helpful and accommodating.

The TV was only in Russian.

I enjoyed the location - sea is just across the street, very close to Carmelo Market, Port Jaffa and other city attractions. The apartment itself was not superior, but it has everything that was needed for a comfy stay. The host let me leave my luggage inside the apartment till 16.30 p.m. free of charge which was really convenient for us.

Simple and served its purpose, location was great.

Explanation of the facilities available on site were not very clear, for example: That there was a communal washing machine and dryer available for use.

Perfect location near the beach. The house is old, but inside everything well equipped and clean. Surprising two bathrooms! Perfect for 3 persons family stay.
