Que solo hubiera un aire acondicionado portátil en una habitación , en el resto de la casa hacía calor.

Très bonne organisation de l’arrivée, la gérante m’a attendue pour tout m’expliquer c’était très simple tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie. L’emplacement est parfait à quelques pas de l’hyper centre ville et du port principal. Pour se garer c’est très simple aussi il y a un énorme parking gratuit à 8 mn du logement à pied : esplanade el muelle. L appartement est très grand la terrasse est super bien ensoleillée. Le lit est un peu dur c’est le seul défaut mais reste assez confortable. Les draps sentent bon la lessive c’est très agréable. On a même eu droit à une bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenue. Appart très propre avec service de ménage gratuit. Présence d’un ascenseur.

El alojamiento bastante bien, tiene todo lo que necesitas y está súper bien situado. En el centro pero sin jaleo. Se nos desconfiguró el código de la puerta y nos lo solucionaron al instante. Todo perfecto.

The host has been very gentle and had complied every kind of request or issue that we had. The apartments are wonderful, with everithing you might need and in a strategic position, close to shops/restaurants and also to the beach (20minutes walking)

The bathroom was missing a proper door and you can find 2 swing doors that doesn't block bad smells or noises

Laut der Beschreibung schien das Hotel größer zu sein, aber ich empfehle es trotzdem, weil der Rest super war.

We stayed on a weekend and there was some street noise at night - people coming home from town. But we were still able to get a good night's sleep.

Good location close to the sea walk, restaurants, shops etc. In centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment was secure & quiet, living area was spacious, kitchen well equipped.

The 2nd bedroom is v. small with a pull-out 2nd single bed & no room to get around. The bathroom door dudn't have a lock.

Central location in the city. There is an elevator. Nice balcony to have e.g. breakfast. Small but complete studio. There is a shared washing machine

Nothing major, just be aware: - there is no airconditioning in the room. This leads to somewhat humid room, and I could imagine it can become hot in summer. Not a big problem, especially outside summer - drawback of the central location is that it’s quite noisy in the morning; noise isolation of the room is not ideal and many vehicles passing by - parking outside is free, but availability is very unpredictable. Worst case, parking is always available and free at Muelle parking 10-15min walk

Excellent accommodation for two with a large terrace and hot tub.

I feel the photos in the listing are quite misleading. I don’t know how many units there are but we were in a very tiny unit compared to what the photos made it seem like.

Location was very central. Communication was very good. Very good value for money.

Amenities were basic but good.

The apartment is in a good location in Puerto de la Cruz, very close to the downtown with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and responsive. There is a shared laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes.

Be aware that for parking (if you're renting a car) you will need to park about 10 minutes walking from the apartment if you want to park for free. Additionally, the facilities could use a bit of sprucing up and some TLC. The shower in our room didn't drain well, and the hand soap and kitchen soap were quite watered down. Also probably some new towels would be good. For what you're paying, it's pretty standard

Really hard to find parking spot in the city. There is a large parking approx 10 minutes away but it's also crowded. AC is a portable one so only one room can be chilled

One of the best locations I have stayed in Puerto de La Cruz. Easy to navigate town by foot. Beds were comfortable. Remember that double bed´s width in Spain usually starts from 140 cm width. Strong wi-fi for an island! Enjoyed eating breakfast in the terrace. One daily WhatsApp message from management was a great idea giving good insight for tours and sightseeing. They do note every message from their guest and do reply fast with good customer service. We needed two separate single beds and one bed for third person so did not book high floor apartment as was unsure about the double bed´s width. Parking in the very center of this town is challenging as we already knew it. Yes there is free parking in El Muelle but we used free parking in Carr. Botanico´s spacious parking slots continuing Av. Marques de Villanueva del Prado´s slots. Benefits: easier to get on the road to the whole island instead of waiting first for traffic to/ from El Muelle. Walking distance from those streets between 600-1100 m to the apartment. Book a room with a terrace, some rooms don´t have a balcony. Remember that all rooms are faced to a light well which is very common in Spain. The nights were silent thought.

The other bedroom did not have a window to the outside, this should mention in room description. Cleaning wasn´t this time top notch. After calima, sandstorm, windows to the terrace were not cleaned. I did it myself. Same did go to the floors noticing it shortly after walking in my socks. The next day apartment was cleaned well. Apartment could have more consistent set of dishes like wine classes. We are fully aware of lime in the water in Spain, and did not have high expectations when booking an apartment. There are no air-condition/heating as stated in Booking.com, you can open windows. Heating wasn´t needed this time. Washing machine for all guests to use had something inside it, so I did not use it. They could check it too.

The apartments building is located in a nice area, close to the city center (walking distance). Our apartment was a small studio, with a small kitchenette equipped with kitchenware. There is a shared washing machine where you can wash your clothes and also a small balcony where you can enjoy your meal or a glass of wine.

A little bit noisy because of the cars and people on the street in front of the building, but after midnight gets quiet so you can have some rest. Besides that, there was a bad smell in the apartment at our arrival. I guess that the cleaning lady didn't change the water when cleaning the floors with the mop. The smell was unbearable, so we had to re-wipe the floors by ourselves, with chlorine and then with a scented cleaning solution in order to be able to stay in the room and breathe normally.
