This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 17 of us and the house offered plenty of room. We didn't realize, but the house also came with Antonio who made sure we were stocked with ice and water and took our trash out daily. He was amazing. Speaking of AMAZING, Sid is a God send. She bought our first round of groceries so we didn't have to worry about that and offered the best recommendations on activities for us to enjoy. Some of our family didn't bring any snorkel gear and when I asked her, Sid ran out and picked it up so fast it was as if we had it all the time. Sid is truly one of the best amenities of the house. We honestly could not have asked for anything better. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

Yes, lots of stairs! But this place was perfect for our family group of 8. 6 adults, a 4 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. The house was great, the infinity pool overlooking the beach was even better and the beach itself is Perfect; calm water, clear as the pool itself and not a bit of seaweed, even after a rather nasty overnight wind and rain storm. Had a couple of leaks during the storm, we believe the doors facing the ocean (and the wind and rain) were left open, rain entered the 3rd floor which is NOT part of this rental and came through the ceiling and into our dining room and master BR. Leaks stopped when rain ended and a crew came the next morning and fixed all the leaks. No more leaks even during another pretty strong overnight rain and thunderstorm. Ice and 5 gal water jugs were provided daily, bring thermal cups! Antonio was there every day bringing the ice and water, collecting the trash and cleaning up. Even had a security guy patrolling at night, never had an issue. Full grocery and a liquor store less than 10 min away. Lamont who drove the van to/from the airport was great, took us to the grocery on the way. The only problem we had (except for the leaks) was Sid was unable to do the pre-arrival grocery shopping we prepaid for due to a VERY HEAVY rainstorm on the day we arrived but we didn't find this out till we got to the house and we had to go back to the grocery for the basics. Took a bit too long to get our money back however. Pics are accurate!

We had a large group celebrating my mom's 90th birthday. Plusses included the paid for services provided (grocery shopping, car service), items that are included with the house (Captain Sid's coordination services, 5 gallon jugs of water, bags of ice for the cooler, security men), more bathrooms than noted on the listing, a kitchen that the chef we hired thought was fine, a great beach with floats and a short walk, a great outdoor common area by the pool, very nice views, a lot of bedrooms (some of the names don't match the pictures), washer, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of balcony space. Minuses include a lot of stairs (tough on elderly but honestly the short walk to the beach was way more important for the same reason), no large inside common area that can comfortably accommodate a full house (we spent more time in the outdoor common area), there were plenty of dishes and glasses but I would get some paper ones as well as they cant all fit into one dishwasher, the hot water heater was turned down or off for a couple of days and the pool heater didn't work. Sid and her team were very responsive when we asked about the hot water heater, needed more water, rides, and to move some beds so my mom could minimize steps. This is a big plus. The pool heater needed a part and wasn't fixed in time to use the heater. The ocean water temperature was comfortable in mid-March and the pool was slightly cooler. Overall very happy with the trip and nothing major we would change.

I booked the house so my family could get together to celebrate theirs father/grandfather's retirement. The house was perfect for our group of 17. It was perfect for our grandchildren and our children. Syd was great to deal with and helped us book what ever we needed. Antonio helped get us in and provided us with assistance if needed. I would recommend this for a family group anytime.

The option to stock the house with groceries was amazing.

We had 14 people for my wife’s surprise 40th birthday. Location was amazing and the pool was more like a hot tub which was great since we were there in January which was very comfortable. You can’t get any closer to the ocean or you would have been in it!! We went to a number of 5 star dinners but SID was the best! We had her as a chef for the last night as well as a bonfire on the beach! I can tell you 2 things about SID, one, if you need it ask and it will happen! Two, that lady can cook!!! Great trip, great service, great time overall!!

Mostly good things to say. We started by having great communication. Costs to do excursions was really high so we decided to wait and try to book things once we arrived. We were told a grocery list could be purchased and ready for us at the house, but that never happened. We wound up having to do our grocery shopping ourselves. We were setup with Lamont as a driver with a van. Lamont was awesome!!! Whenever we needed a ride, he was there. The house was nice, but the beach and outside was amazing. The main Air conditioning did not work and the main floor was quite warm our first day. We were here the week of Tropical storm Nicole and were told they turned it off due to the storm coming, but when we messaged about the problem, it seemed Syd was unaware. Someone turned it off on purpose but seemed to not turn it back on. Like other reviews, the kitchen could use a bit more things. No corkscrew was a surprise. It’s amazing what you can remove with a wood screw and tongs. Bedrooms are very nice and views were amazing. Grateful we did not book any excursions ahead of time as they would have never happened due to the storm. Overall nice home to rent.

We were a group of 15 and we had such an incredible time staying at this property! The outside is definitely the best part (deck, pool, beach), but the sheer amount of washrooms & the STAFF as well! Sid, Tony & Marcel did everything to make sure our stay was amazing. We had booked a boat tour, transportation and private chefs that were all A++! Thank you!

Property was very functional and served the needs of the extended family. The pool and access to the ocean were perfect. Sid and our driver were available on short notice. The only complaint was the fridge keep freezing all our food even when we se it to the warmest level. Also the floor could have been cleaned better, eveyone had black soles on their feet, Based on the unit , I think it was a little overpriced.

The house is amazing and perfect for many couples- all but one bedroom is a master! Beach comes right up to the most amazing infinity pool with barstools built in- Kitchen was a good size and many balconies and outdoor seating options most of which were shaded. Off street parking included as well. What makes the property are the amazing support group of caretaker Antoine, Manager Sid and security guard Ferguson. So kind and responsive and thoughtful. Already planning our return!

We had 14 people in our group and it was a great trip. Sid, Tony, Ferg and Marcel were all great and super helpful. The only thing I would recommend for the house is some tupperware or storage containers for your food. There wasn't anything to store left overs or food in. Otherwise, it was an awesome experience. The pool and beach were all wonderful. Wait to book your stuff until you talk to Marcel. He might be able to get you a better deal. We used the bus system frequently and it was safe and easy.

Everything Sid said came to rendition. She said it was expensive in the Bahamas, which it definitely was! She was always checking in to make sure we were taken care of and she was tolerant of the more “needy” guests in my party!

Once you book this property, Captain Sid takes over! I booked it for the view, being in the beach, and the pool/outside set up, but the experience provided by Captain Sid and the team at Treasure Beach made it a 5 star experience. Groceries, ice, jet skis, recommendations, etc. - Captain Sid had it covered. I am usually the point person for our family trips regarding all that our family needs while in Nassau - and it was great to have some better and more qualified in making sure our trip was perfect, Thanks to Captain Sid and the owner of Treasure Beach.

This was a nice property. We had a group of 11 and all of us enjoyed the pool and patio as well as the beach. The patio by the pool has two bathrooms which is nice. The property included not only a night security person who frequented the premises, it included an on-site maintenance person (caretaker) who spent several hours a day at the property to maintain the outside patio, empty garbage cans, change the foot rinse buckets, etc. The caretaker responded quickly to any of our needs such as bringing additional jugs of water, bags of ice, paper towels, etc. Our main property manager was very responsive to our needs and offered an on-site Covid test service if needed in preparation to travel back into the USA. A few suggestions that would enhance this property moving forward are the following: Add a Keurig coffee maker. This was a biggie! Most of us brought our favorite coffee for Keurig and there was not one on site. Could use a few more quality cooking pans. Property needs hot pads...there were none in the house. 2-Ply TP would have been nice. With that said, maybe the property uses the 1-Ply to assure a functional septic system. Not sure on that. Overall, we all had a great stay.

My wife and I took 11 of our family members on vacation right after Christmas. Here are our pros and cons of this particular property. CONS 1) If you’re traveling with grandparents or people who don’t like to climb stairs, it’s a little inconvenient but not unbearable. 2) not much within walking distance so you either need a car or need a car service. 3) where we live, we’re not used to a lot of bugs but I think they’re pretty common in the Caribbean. You can’t leave food out or uncovered. We had a lot of ants. PROS 1. You will have the distinct pleasure of working with the property manager, Sid. Impeccably organized & detail oriented. You want it, she’ll get it. She worked w/ my wife to arrange airport transfers, car services, book jet skis which were delivered DIRECTLY to the beach in front of the house, a swimming pig excursion, dinner reservations & did all of our grocery shopping before we arrived. There was no want or need too great. She checked in on us multiple times a day & was extremely attentive & communicative. She operates as a “concierge” of sorts & I’ve never worked with any one better. She handled the COVID testing coordination & sent a nurse directly to the house. 2. The setting is a “wow” & everything you’d want in a Carribean rental. Direct beach access & pool overlooking the beach. Sizeable outdoor living space with plenty of seating. Beach is public but very quiet, not many people on it so you have it practically to yourself. 3. We worked with a driver named Marcel. He made us feel as though we were his only priority the entire week. Always early & always anticipatory. One night it was recommended we go to the local “Fish Fry” area of town, which is pub after pub where an unknowing tourist would get overwhelmed with options. He took us to a specific restaurant, walked in ahead of us & had a table set up for the 11 of us on the water before we even walked in the door. 4. There’s a place across the street from the house called Salty’s that, while it may not be much to look at, has great food. Fantastic pizza & their mussels were some of my favorite I’ve had. 5. The area is very safe & despite that, they provide security at the home 24/7 for no additional charge. Everyone has different priorities & expectations based on lifestyle & other experiences as frames of reference. For us, having Sid & Marcel made the trip.

My family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving in Nassau. The house was perfect for our family - three young kids, mother, mother-in-law, sister, wife, au pair and me. The bedrooms and bathrooms we spacious and very clean. The pool and ocean view were stunning! The best part of our trip was the first class service offered by our concierge, Capt Sid! This was one of the best vacations of my life. I rented this out with a group of 13 friends for my 30th birthday and the house completely exceeded my expectations. The house was incredibly clean spacious and beautiful. The backyard was truly a dream- you cant beat an infinity pool (with built in stools) overlooking the private beach! Capitan Sid is an absolute gem (the property manager). She truly made this a seamless experience for me and my group of friends. She helped us coordinate everything from groceries, taxi rides (huge shout out to our driver Marcel- he is amazing), restaurant reservations and excursions. I can't say enough great things about this VRBO/ experience! I hope to have my bachelorette party here! Thanks so much Sid and team!

First may I just say SID did a phenomenal job organizing everything for our trip!!! She is the absolute best! 13 of us traveled to the Bahamas and stayed at this house, beautiful views and beach, heated pool m, great outdoor space to entertain large groups. Most of the bedrooms are downstairs (ground level) which is wonderful for when you’re looking to retreat from the group. They’re are two bedrooms on the main level, with the best views. All bedrooms had a personal bathroom and closet space. The kitchen is a decent size, there’s stools and a dinning room table there is also small tables on the balcony in the dinning room where people can also sit and eat overlooking the pool and beach. SID offers an excellent concierge service, she booked private car rides for us, boat excursions and also stocked our kitchen with everything we needed before our arrival. She worked hard to assure our trip was wonderful! We had a great time and we’ll be visiting again!! Thank you from your friends in New York.

This is an amazing property, well worth the price. It has a great pool just above the beach and a beautiful beach. We could not keep all of the kids out of the pool. It is about 4 feet deep with seats in it. You can sit for hours and just stare at the ocean.

Thankfully the place survived the COVID shutdown! The place is absolutely gorgeous. The views are amazing and the host, Sid, is incredible! She practically bends over backwards to accommodate us. I would give this review 5 stars if not for the poor condition the house is in. The ice makers didn't work, the kitchen sink clogged daily, the main floor AC didn't work well (the rooms were very warm), the kayak was broken and no replacement to use. Aside from these things, the stay was amazing! The beach was excellent! The boat captain, Kareem, was exceptional. He made the tubing day fun, and his knowledge of the waters and where the great snorkeling places are is priceless. The jetskiing was a blast too! I highly recommend it. The last day there, Sid and Kareem and Sid's sister cooked an amazing chicken and surf dinner! Shrimp, Mussels, conch, Mahi, tuna, Lobster and grilled chicken all served with homemade Johnny bread, Cole slaw and rice. It was delicious. They continued to cook as much as we could eat, and they both are terrific cooks! I regret not going on the island tour that Kareem recommended. We just couldn't fit it in our schedule. I hope to visit again soon!

My friends and I had an amazing trip a few weeks ago, and Sid was an amazing host! She helped us way before we arrived, and was there every step of the way to make sure we had a good time. She also helped us arrange cabs, jet skis, dinners etc, which can be tough if you are not a local. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great family vacation. Sid was very helpful and was very responsive. I would definitely go back. The pool and beach front was awesome. The house definitely needs some updating and some minor maintenance issues. But all and all the house was great for the 16 of us.
