The gate personnel were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was quiet, large enough, and matched the photos online. It was a very good value. I will recommend it to people I know traveling to Jamaica.

Very comfortable stay, super clean, king-sized comfortable bed, central location in New Kingston close to all business, shopping center, restaurants, major embassies, national stadium. Check-in was very easy, the guard at the security gate had our names on file and handed over the keys so no need to coordinate meeting someone or fumbling with a lockbox. This unit is comfortable, with the layout, climate control, window screens, washer, and dryer. We had our infant with us and usually book a hotel for safety and convince but this place was such a good fit. We will stay here again when we have business in Kingston. Some excellent food places I recommend close by for casual eating lunch are Just Salads and Lornas Catering. There is also a mega supermarket Mega mart and a large drugstore-type place Fontana really close by.

I loved the location, the area was nice and peaceful. I also loved that there was 24/7 security. Host was so nice, and professional. The apartment was perfect. I saw a review of a complaint about the AC only being in the bedroom. That AC was just enough to cool the whole place. Will definitely book with them again.

It's very peaceful and quite. The location is perfect, very relaxing.. Outside is clean and we'll kept that's great. spoke to a few of the ground staff and they were friendly... In addition all that I needed in the kitchen was there. That's a big plus.

So the toilet was giving a little problem to flush from just #1. And in the kitchen there was roach on the counter our last night. The bed for me was uncomfortable. I am 6 4" and the middle sinks down. So a change of matress is needed presently.

Friendliness of the people on property. Host checked in to see if everything was to my liking, Very thoughtful.

Breakfast was not part of the arrangement But the property was clean had adequate towels and was fairly quite

The lack of resources... I had I find a market to buy garbage bags... felt like they should’ve been supplied. The WiFi didn’t work the whole stay... my phone Bill is now higher than the stay.

I like the location the apartment was quiet comfy and clean the security lady at the gate was pleasant I look forward to staying there again.
