This comfortable apartment is located near to every and anywhere that one would need for convenience, literally. Banks, transportation, Emancipation Park, restaurants, entertainment etc are all within a few minutes walking distance.
The local neighborhood is safe to walk at different hours in the night, and there are security personnel at most points at other places along the road.
Security on site is always helpful. Whether it be providing tokens for laundry, prompt opening of the gates or just giving advise on places to eat or find entertainment.
Nothing about the property itself that was any issue, just a little annoying ants nuisance which is standard in a tropical country.
However if you leave nothing for them to find, you never see any.

After 3 days we were moved to another apartment in a different location, due to plumbing issues
No bedbugs!!! I was eaten alive ( property needs to fumigated and bed changed
Toilet never flushed, TV never worked.. Internet kept cutting off
AND NO HOTWATER..... THATS WHY WE HAD TO MOVE DUE TO THE FLAT LEAKING DOWN STAIRS.

Over-sized studio. Clean, light, neat grounds, parking space, adequate furniture.
Add window insect screens, add bedside rug, dish rack needed, add a bathroom shelf provide, supply of toilet paper.

I love that the apartment had a stove,refrigerator,television those appliances made my stay comfortable the host was able to answer any questions as soon as I ask it had even iron and iron board it’s just a home away from home to round it off. I was happy

This property was a great find it was very comfortable and quiet . The property was also just walking distance away from new kingston centre where you were able to find restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc which was very convenient. I will definitely book this property again.

We liked the location. We felt really safe and the bed was comfortable.
Out dated furniture. Lack of proper electrical outlets. Broken shower head. Cigarette burns in sheets. Roaches in sink. Host was not present when we checked in and we were never notified. Property needs some serious updating.

Apartment was cozy and comfortable with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and Kingston tourist attractions. My favourite spot, the balcony.. Because of it I was able to enjoy the early morning sunlight and natural breeze throughout the day..
