-La piscina interior, el spa y los jacuzzis en la quinta planta con vistas. -Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. -Los desayunos.

-A veces hacía calor en la habitación y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba según política del hotel (sólo aire caliente). -Había un viejo alemán totalmente desnudo en el spa que era mixto, no era la primera vez así que nos quejamos en recepción pero no sé si hicieron algo al final.

Raňajky i večere boli z veľkej časti chutné, dalo sa vždy vybrať pre dospelých i deti. Niektoré jedlá boli nedochutené, ale zachránila to soľ a korenie, ktoré je k dispozícií na každom stole.

S rodinou cestujeme veľa, navštívili sme už množstvo hotelov, ale to, čo sa udialo v tomto hoteli sa nám v živote nestalo a pevne verím, že sa už nikdy ani nestane. Niekto z personálu zneužil hotelovú kartu na vstup do našej izby a z dvoch peňaženiek odcudzil hotovosť v hodnote 700€. Trvalo 3 dni kým sme sa stretli s vedením hotela. Nikto nemal záujem nájsť vinníka. Z recepcie sme dostali každý deň inú informáciu a tvrdili, že je všetko v poriadku. Niektoré recepčné boli k nám už doslova nepríjemné. Napriek kamerovým dôkazom, že sme sa v čase krádeže nenachádzali v izbe - nám nebola poskytnutá žiadna kompenzácia ani ospravedlnenie zo strany hotela. V tomto hoteli nie je dostatočná bezpečnosť hostí a ich majetku. Matrace na posteliach sú extrémne mäkké. Mali sme zakúpené raňajky a večere - pri večeri si pitie hradite extra. Dlhé rady na recepcii počas celého dňa.

The location was close to the beach. The breakfast was mostly the same every day, but you had to season it in order to taste good. We believe it was cooked to be ok for children as there were a lot of young couples with little children there. Every night, there were fun parties made for children. The room was cleaned daily. There is a supermarket inside the complex in one of the buildings. The swimming pool was very big.

The gym was very small. You could see that the guests don’t use if as much as other facilities.

The apartment was great and well cleaned every day, and the hotel was really amazing. The staff was nice. For vacation with small kids, it is great. The kids especially loved the daily time in the pool, which was really nice. The entrainment in the evening was good as well. The choice of food was huge and the prices for the drinks and the lunch menu were really fine. I would recommend this hotel.

All the tables in the restaurant were for 4 people and we were 5, so there was not enough space and it was impossible to find 2 tables next to each other. The beach is not 250 m from the hotel, from our apartment to the beach was round 15 min. The taste of food was good but not great, it could be a bit better, maybe better chefs. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

it was very thoughtful of the hotel to leave a cold dinner, when noting that we would arrive after hours. as well as letting us serve ourselves ahead of schedule, since we would leave very early.

Fantastic family resort, absolutely spotless, relaxed and friendly. So we’ll run. We all loved it. Especially the roof top bar!

The resort is split into several buildings, some located on residential streets away from hotel. The indoor pool was closed with no explanation.

We liked the location of the apartment hotel which was close to the sea/bars and shops. Food was decent with a variety of cuisine and our hotel apartment was very clean and easily fitted a family of six.

The hotel is nice enough, it’s located near the beach( 5 -7 min. walk). The big advantage is big free parking near the hotel so we always have free place for our car. Show programs for kids is wonderful, the hotel animators perfectly speaks English, German and Spanish so the animation was interesting for all the kids. Nice food in restaurant. The supermarket in the territory of hotel is very useful option, you can buy everything you need. The stuff was friendly and the cleanliness was good.

The main disappointment is an air conditioner in the hotel. It was set 5 degree, but it was still hot 🥵 in our room so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We had to leave one of our room cards inside to have more or less comfortable temperature when we come back from the beach. In the restaurant and reception unfortunately situation with hotness was almost the same. The stuff couldn’t do anything with it.

Our apartment block was round the corner from the main hotel and had its own pool, which was very quiet. The hotel was located between Cala Millor and Cala bona so was excellently situated for visiting both

The pools and all the activities for the kids were nice, especially the mini disco every night. Quite calm and nice place to stay with children all around. The room was very modern with great ac, microwave and fridge.

It was hard to get your own sunbed, since all the sunbeds were taken early on (pool opens at 10am, and most of the beds were taken after 7am). We didn't get 2 sunbeds next to each other in the whole stay here, as people allocated the beds (sometimes even when they didn't show up to the pool at all, just reserved them 'just in case')

Super hotel for family with kids. And directly in hotel there is a supermarket, which has nearly everything for good price. The breakfast and dinner was delicious, many choice you can choose. We arrived lately at the night (24h reception) and in our minibar there was a prepared free food, so nice. We will come again for sure.

our apartment was in different building, few minutes from main building. bathrooms need renovation, kitchen doesn’t have any cleaning supplies.

We stayed in one of the apartments a short walk from the main hotel. But it was a lovely, clean and comfortable place with a balcony and a peaceful private pool for just the apartment block. Food and service was great.

One hour drive from the airport which adds to the cost so just to be sure to factor that in when budgeting. There was no WiFi signal inside the apartment. A lot of kids like to use the indoor pool because the outdoor pools aren’t heated so it can get quite busy and manic in there.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner include. My stay was absolutely fabu lous. Staff were very friendly. Food was great. Both breakfast and dinner were in buffet style with lots of options. Drinks are priced reasonably. This hotel is definitely our pick again for our next visit.

Everything was fantastic! All age groups catered for, food, drinks, location, amenities all fabulous! In fact we’re gonna book to go back in a few months.

Only criticism and it’s a very minor one is that some of the staff (only maybe 2 or 3) were a bit miserable, understand everyone has an off day so it’s fair to give them an excuse.

Nice hotel and amenities. Lovely room and balcony. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Jacuzzi on the rooftop was lovely and the indoor pool.

Excellent breakfasts and dinner, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Free parking, indoor swimming pool and sauna.

We'll appreciate bathrobe and slippers for indoor swimming pool and sauna. We had worn toilet seat. But these are just miner issues that can be easily fixed.

Friendly staff, working wifi, parking spaces for free at the hotel, kids friendly, close to the sea, reactive to messages, we actually really liked our stay:)

Heater in bathroom not working (we et the reception know) but might be only as this was the first days after the winter closure, transfer offer a bit pricy and a rental car was finallz cheaper and gives more flexibility but that is all really to be neglected as the stay was great
