The apartment itself is Ok

The apartment provides the airport transfer service for Eur20 one way while the taix only cost 10Eur. Moreover, when I told the receptionest that I would take the taix to the airport on the afternoon of Jun. 28, she told me that I was cheated by the taix driver and 10 Euo is definatley impposible. However, actully I really spent only 19Mark (even less that 10Euro) to the airport the next day. Reminder : do not use the airport transfer service provided by the apartment, it is very easy to call a taix in that area.

We loved the apartment, it was huge, clean, very nice and practical. Parking was perfect and the location was excellent. Overall, on the corner was mini supermarket and the staff was very nice. We were sad we stay only 1 night, it's perfect for longer stay.

Nice spacious flat in the quartier of Skenderija, fully furnished and even more, clean, warm, safe and with a comfortable bed. All the details are in the right place. Lovely time there. The staff is friendly and they try their best for to be helpful. For those things they would deserve 10/10 and if back in Sarajevo I would like to come back. It is located 8-10 minutes by walk from the old town. Easy to find. Easy and fast check in / check out.

This is the only reason because I give 6 and not 10. After few minutes the water of the shower was becoming before cold and then frozen. The boiler did not work well. I informed the staff, they tried to solve calling a technic but almost nothing changed, just the water was warm for one minute more. Being snowing and raining outside it was not the best option to take a cold shower. They proposed me to change the flat, and it is appreciable, but I did not want to package everything and change so I staid there.

I really loved the place, very clean and neat, they even upgraded my reservation to bigger room, highly recommended! :)

Close enough to Sarajevo old town. Easy to find and safe & secure parking on site. Apartment was quite spacious.

Our apartment was very close to quite a busy road, and the road noise was quite evident. But ear plugs sorted that out.

Very good location, within walking distance from both the city center (with some of the important tourist sites and the shopping malls) and the old town (with shops, restaurants, terraces, tourist sites), maximum 15 minutes walk, but outside the most busy and noisy areas. Quiet neighborhood: our room had the window to a secondary street and there were not many cars passing by in the night or in the early morning, so we were not disturbed by a lot of noise. The host was very helpful and nice, always prompt to meet our requests. We needed to stay for an additional night, and she arranged it without any problems. We did not travel by car, but for those who get there by car, there are parking spaces in the front yard and the gate is always locked with key, so there are no security problems.

Maybe the cleaning lady could come more often (once in six days seems like not enough), or, if not, the host should provide more additional garbage bags and toilet products, so there is no need to contact her and ask for something.
