We stayed here for a concert at the Casino Ballroom, it was perfect. The house was just as described, and it took only a few minutes to walk to the venue. Communication with the host was easy and they responded quickly.

My boyfriend, friends and I had a lovely stay. The place was very cute and close to the boardwalk making it an easy walk. It had all the amenities it needed and lots of space for the 5 of us. I recommend staying here!

Great location

Great location, very reasonable rental price (you need to bring your own towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, sheets for 3 beds and clean the house, which we knew prior and helps keep the cost down) the toaster was broken and they quickly replied, which was helpful. We did have to clean the house before settling in (it was dusty) but plenty of cleaning supplies.

What a wonderful weekend we had staying at our VRBO rental. The front porch is heavenly. What a beautiful location!

The property owners were great at communicating but they should not leave cleaning and restocking the house of basic necessities in the hands of the former renter. The floors were covered in sand (also sand on bed and nightstand) when we arrived and there was no toilet paper (a critical thing after a 3 hour drive in the pouring rain). The listing did not show photos of the bathroom which could use some improvements (it was very small, the tiny sink didn't drain well and shower stall was small and run down). The blinds in the bedroom we stayed in did not go down all the way and the house behind us had an outdoor light on all night which lit up the bedroom a bit. The owners were gracious enough to refund the 2nd night of our stay but we still had to pay the full admin and other fees. We also had to bring sheets, blankets, pillows and towels because it was so late in the season (we were the last renters).

We really enjoyed the closeness to the beach. House was as represented in pictures. Bathroom is a bit small and would need a bit of update features.

This was a perfect location for our family, right across the road from the playground and beach access. The listing was perfectly accurate and our stay was really nice! The hosts were communicative and helpful and it was an extremely seamless stay, we had a lot of fun!

We were so close to every thing we never touched the cars.The house was nice .We would stay there again . Cant say enought about this place.

Great location and good stay. It was clearly communicated that there is no cleaning service but the house could use a good top to bottom cleaning.

This was the most amazing beach house we have ever stayed in! Unfortunately the weather was not great when we went, but this beautiful house absolutely made up for the bad weather. It was absolutely beautiful, clean and had lots to do! Lots of cleaning supplies, anything you could possibly need to cook a meal and more! We would love to stay here again sometime!

Location was great and was exactly as described. Place was very clean. I’ll be trying for this place again next time I come back to visit family. Everything within walking distance. Beach, food, coffee shop, arcades, Umphrey’s Mcgee at The Casino Ballroom. My 2 1/2 yr old loved it which means we loved it. Having parking was key.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect fir a few days on the beach. The owners were east to reach, always available and the house it’s beautiful. We will come back again for sure. We had a great time!

Acquaint little beach house located across the street from a beautiful beach in a very cute town. Three bedrooms one bath it was perfect for five adults very comfortable.

Location was fantastic and had everything as stated in the description. The house needs a serious cleaning, like a professional cleaning service to come in and clean everything. There was trash under the trash bags in the bin, the shower needed to be cleaned, and the trash bins outside were full so we ended up taking some of our trash with us.

Great location just very loud neighbors even this time of year when Hampton beach was pretty deserted

We were not impressed with this property. Several bugs, bathroom was very worn out. The pictures online were very deceiving. We ended up staying elsewhere our second night.

This place is great, close to the beach and close to everything on the beach front.

The Red Wolverine cottage was perfect for our getaway to Hampton Beach. Short walk to a great show at the Casino Ballroom and central to the beach, shops & restaurants and all boardwalk activities. We also enjoyed staying in a single unit home amongst all the multi-story, multi-unit facilities. The covered front porch is a great place to relax, rain or shine.

It's a Beach House reasonably priced close to the beach. Nothing fancy but works short term.

As advertised, very close to the beach and all the action, but just off the main strip enough to have a quiet night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
