The location was great, center of the city. Few mins walking from the harbour. We walked to the train station. La Spezia is an amazing base to explore the whole of Cinque Terre. Fridge, washing machine , dishwasher, breakfast all facilities were useful, working and much appreciated

Rooms and bathroom, specifically the bathing cubicles were tiny. A bit challenging for longstays, we stayed for 4 nights.

The property was very spacious and perfectly located for enjoying everything La Spezia had to offer!

It was a great location! had breakfast food and coffee in the kitchen, all amenities and just a lovely space.

Ot Great host. He was really helpful with plenty informations about surroundings, restaurants or other kind of local.tips. Really cosy apartament with everything was necessary inside. Even a "sweet " breakfast , with coffee included. Really well positioned very closed to the boat station or bus station to the 5Terre . Everything was perfect! We were happy to be your guests!

Location was super central and accessible to the tourist spots of Cinque Terre and Portovenere! We didn’t plan to stay in La Spezia but turns out the centre itself was full of things to do so we ended up staying an entire day. Beds were so comfy and the facilities were very useful. The suggestions of the host were what made it extra special! Erica was so lovely and so accommodating. My friends and I will definitely be back!

As a suggestion, maybe add a little bit of basic essential cooking ingredients like salt and pepper and oil! Little things that will make a big difference to travelers.

Apartment is very bathroom and kitchen clean and well kept in an excellent position. Very close to ferry, train station, restaurants, supermarket and shopping. Good communication from hosts.

Bathroom and kitchen are both very small.

We liked that the apartment is really clean, well organized and with complete amenities. The location is also great and our host helped us book taxi and provided us with tips and information about the area and Cinque Terre. There is also air conditioning in all 3 rooms which is really important when it’s really warm outside. We will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who would like to travel to La Spezia and stay there for day trips to Cinque Terre.
