The hotel was super clean and spacious in our triple room. Even the bathroom was fit for a queen! My kids thoroughly enjoyed the free Disney Channel and said it was the best hotel they stayed in our entire trip in South Korea! The location is near all the local eateries and stone throw from the local market where you’re not going to get ripped off on the local produce.

Check in time was literally 4pm. We Couldn’t check in any earlier unfortunately

위치좋음 지하철이나 부전시장이랑 교촌치킨이랑 가까움 1층에 커피머신 있고 층마다 생수랑 전자렌인지 있고 괜찮음

침대에 다른 숙박객 머리가락 있음 빗 2개에 다 머리가락 껴 있음 콘센트 찾으려고 또 누구 머리가락 보임 방음도 거의 없음 새벽에 시끄러움

The staff was very nice and tried hard to accommodate and resolve issues.

Room description was very misleading. We reserved a room with 3 beds and got only one double bed. The 3rd bed was on the floor with some tiny under pad. They told us that was the "Korean Bed " . We are elderly ladies not looking forward to sleep on the floor and if the room information was correct would never booked that hotel. Had to take one more room and it would be very nice to receive compensation for extra expenses and inconvenience we had to endure.

There was a free coffee machine downstairs, free bottled water for your conveninece upstairs. I was especially surprised that they gave toner and emulsion on top of the body lotion, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash.

It wouldve been even better if they had onsite laundry services.

staff went out of their way to be accomodating and helpful.

no breakfast on mondays.
