Nice location near a multitude of shopping and eating area's of Busan. You can easily explore the areas like fishmarket, nightfood area, underground shopping or lotte shopping.

The hotel not that expensive but therefore is a bit rundown. Shower door could not close completely because it was stuck in the frame, bath had a leak and the (big!) TV had a partially broken display. - (But this was in the particular room we stayed.)

Location is excellent. The place is comfortable. The folks working there were quite friendly. All at a very nice price point.

Good location. Massive room with a bath and shower. Laundry at a very reasonable price. Very clean and lady on reception was so helpful and kind. Restaurants and shops so close as was metro.

Near the Yongdusan park, good interior design, lady front desk was helpful. Water cooler at the lobby. Elevator.

The overall maintenance of the room is bad. Smelly stinky bathroom, black spots on few spots of walls where bathtub was removed. Silicon seal and drill holes from former bathtub are still there. We need to request re-cleaning when checking in to the room as there were hairs on the beds. The 10th floor hallway is pretty dark. Wall is almost black color. We booked a room with seaview, but seaview means only high floor, there was only concrete buildings in the surroundings to be viewed. No sea to be seen. No curtains on the windows.

Room was clean and very spacious. Bathroom was huge, with a shower AND a jacuzzi (sadly, the jacuzzi didn't work). Located very near the fish market and other shopping area.

There were renovations underway, and it wasn't very confortable. My phone and jacuzzi didn't work. I asked the person at the front desk for some directions, and she couldn't tell me. Be careful if you have heavy luggage, the hotel is located mid-slope. It is not near the beach.

The location, although almost on top of a hill, was good but the hill was very steep. The room and bathroom was very big. Before arrival, the contact with the owner was quick, good and flexible. Shower was big, even for my almost 2 meter standard! For a night okay.

The overall hygiene was questionable as we found several hairs and stains in the bed. The shower didn't have sufficient drainage so everything went out of the shower into the bathroom where luckily there was drainage. I sadly didn't see that before so my clothes that I placed on the ground were soaking wet.

The hotel is close by the Busan tower, Lotte Mart, and a lot of fun restaurants and cafes. Location wise couldn’t be better and there are a few bus stops and metro stations close by to bring you to the beach or party district. The room itself was clean but surely outdated. But it had more then enough space for both our luggage and we got daily cleaning with free water and new towels. Staff was very friendly and after check out we were able to store our luggage at the hotel while we went out into the city for the afternoon one last time.

The location was excellent! It’s very near Jagalchi market, Busan Tower and also you can take a nice walk to Gamcheon Culture Village. There are many shops, restaurants and nightlife around, it’s a very pleasant neighbourhood. Staff was really kind, knew English and was always willing to help - any issue what we had, they helped us solve immediately and they were really nice about it. Room service works well, and so does laundry. You have to pay a bit extra for it but it’s cheap and works very well

The hotel needs some renovation. Air conditioning was very loud, the floor seemed a bit mouldy?? Fridge was leaking. Even tho the shower has walls, the drain is outside of it in the middle of the room so the floor is constantly completely wet. Air conditioning was very loud and difficult to work with. Sometimes the room would smell bad, but we aired it out quickly.

Super friendly and helpful staff, big room with a spa bath and steam shower that we got to stay in at a bargain price. Late check-out was nice! The location was also really good being close to Busan Station, the tower and the Gamcehon Colour village.

The room had been cleaned in a rush (probably due to the late check-out) and some maintenance was being done so there was some dust and aspects that seemed like a work in progress. There were no towels in the room and only one bathrobe, but they quickly apologised and gave us towels when we asked. I couldn't find the AC remote but I forgot to ask as it was a nice temperature anyway so we just left it as set.

The place was really close to convenient stores, malls and the subway. Everything was near taking the bus or the subway. The hotel is surrender of restaurants and convenience stores.

The place was a little old and some stuff were not working.

cleaning was random. went 3 days without any cleaning - when I asked I was told it was my fault for not staying out of the room until after 9pm each night because the cleaners can come whenever they like up 9pm but only if the room is empty!

Friendly owner. He gave us recommendations of what we could do in Busan. The location is great. Very central and the Busan Tower is directly behind the hotel. It was very quiet hotel when we were there. Easy check in and check out.

TLDR: It's a ruin, many things are broken and theres excessive dust and even mould / wood fungus in some places. ----- We changed rooms twice as the first one was not standard clean (bedsheets had stains) and missed the booked facilities (very different from pictures). The 2nd time we changed was because most amenities were broken. Jacuzzi, steam sauna and rain shower didn't turn on. Shower door did not close due to material friction. Sauna seat had mould/fungus and partially rotted through, causing one wood bar to be missing one side (broke off in ages past). The last room had a broken jacuzzi again (did not turn on); steam sauna did turn on but did not get hotter than 34°C due to many air gaps - we had to use towels to stuff the gaps to make it go to 42°C (the installed one is rated to go up to 55). Also there was a lot of mould in the bathroom, especially the shower area. Also, having seen multiple rooms - the rooms within the same category (deluxe double in our case) differ in what they offer - some have bidets, some don't. Some have a bench, some don't. Some provide bath gowns (had holes), some don't. In one room the steam sauna door connected directly to the bedroom (no separate bathroom door).

Close to metro, convenience stores, restaurants, and touristic attractions. Stuff were very accommodating.

The room was kinda dark, it was clean but didn’t feel like it, the mirror in bathroom wasn’t clear and the lights were too dimmed.
