Modern hotel in a good location. I got the port view room and it’s really beautiful view! Loved sitting by full length glass enjoying my hot drink and taking in the view. The beds were really comfortable too. Room is a bit on the compact side but it was sufficient for me and my companion. I requested a quiet room and it was indeed quiet and peaceful.

Of all the hotels we stayed in in Korea, the WiFi here is very disappointing. I often could not even log on. No green tea offered in-room, only coffee packs, which is also a bit disappointing.

The cleaning in the morning they don't wake you up. You can leave your luggage at the reception. Discount at the Cafe. Some of the staff is super friendly and speaks good English.

The drying machine doesn't work, the clothes were wet after waiting for 1 hour, need to have coin to use it. Need to have a special card to pick up at the reception to leave it every time you want to go to the gym. The waiting time at the elevator was too long, need for improvement. Don't provide tea in the room which is a basic in a hotel... Some of our towels had holes.

The view was the best part of the stay. Proximity to subway.

Smaller than it appears on the photos. No closet for your your clothes which was quite difficult to organize. Not very cozy or pleasant overall room experience.

Arrived late for breakfast, and the “manager” made it very clear that I would not be getting breakfast. The only option was to go upstairs to the so called bar on the highest floor of the building. The food was great, service was good. I had to pay twice to get breakfast The staff member I saw on the cafe downstairs needs to understand what hospitality means.

Cafe not open on week nights. In the lobby there seemed to be a wine promotion but it was not possible to access wine at the hotel. On the top floor there was an outdoor balcony with good views. The only alcoholic drink presented there was beer. Declined the offer to drink wine stored in sealed plastic cups which was displayed on a counter in direct sunlight. Perhaps staff need to upskill? NOT a way to present wine…….

The neighbourhood wasn't the best but the area is not dangerous or unsafe. It is not a reason not to stay at the hotel, you should just be aware

The room was large and comfortable and the view was amazing. I especially recommend the viewing platform on the top floor. The staff spoke English well and were very welcoming. This is a great neighbourhood with lots of small cafes and restaurants nearby.

The shower room and toilet were only separated by a frosted glass wall.

The shower area did not have a private space to undress and prepare for the shower. Walls between shower, toilet and sink were separated only by frosted glass.

The room size was very small. We booked a Deluxe and Our friends booked a standard room. but room sizes were the same.

The hotel was great value for money. Very modern, clean and comfortable. The view over the bay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help us with directions ot to boon a cab.

The location was not the best as it's on a small island so you need transportation to get to city center.

Stayed in a standard twin room and loved the floor to ceiling windows, providing great natural lighting but still felt private. The room looks exactly like the pictures and was clean and comfortable. I liked that the bathroom door doubled at a full length mirror, kind of a rarity in Korea. Staff was friendly and helped answer all of our questions. They also helped ordered a cab to take us to the airport when checking out. I won't mind staying here again if I'm in Busan. Great location and easy access to cabs and public transportation. A lot of places to eat and checkout within walking distance of the hotel.

I wish our room had more closet space to hang our clothing and storage for our luggage to keep out of view. Not a deal breaker and no fault of the hotel (we were aware because of the pictures, but still wish there were some work around like additional drawers).

The bedroom layout was a bit strange with the toilet and shower together and the wash basin outside. The staff were friendly but we asked to borrow a towel to go to the beach and were told they couldn't do that which was disappointing.

honestly everything about the room is perfect, loved how big the room is, the view is nice it’s clean, even though i just stayed for one night only, it was amazing, I would definitely stay there again

The location is not good and not close to any subway The WiFi didn't really work There is always very long waiting time for the elevator because you can always use only two of them No lobby or other place to seat for eating things you bought before, working with leptop or speaking in the phone There is a weird thing that you always need to go first to the reception if you want to gel to the jim (and it's not the same floor)

facilities were old and a lot of the furniture was chipped, the toilet was max a meter from the shower which was open so the toilet would get soaked as you showered, there was a pointless kitchen table that took up most of the room.

The hotel is very good and has great views and rooms size as well as very stable and fast internet. Convenience shop onsite is very comfortable and good option for snacks and food.

The lifts are very slow. The hotel does not have any bar where we could enjoy the view in the evening with a drink which is a shame. The parking is great and free, but the waiting time for the car to get back can be up to an hour, though we were lucky and got it always quicker. The bathrooms are weird even in the corner rooms - the toilet and the shower are not separated and in the same cabin which makes it very inconvenient. The neighborhood is a little bit dark and less tidy, the food options around the hotel is very limited. Overall I would still recommend it as in the area it is probably still the best hotel if you wish to stay in that area.
