Hin und wieder gab es Geräusche von den Nachbarn. Hellhörige Wohnung. Nach außen hin aber sehr ruhig.

Расположение в самом центре,но на достаточно тихой улице. Большая терраса ,где можно посидеть в любое время дня,так как там не жарко...В доме очень чисто. Есть лифт. И дверь во двор и дверь в подъезд запираются,что безусловно безопасно. Мы прожили в квартире больше месяца . Было комфортно. В квартире было все необходимое для такого длительного проживания( много разнообразной посуды,постельное белье и полотенца в достаточном количестве).Рядом несколько крупных супермаркетов.

Звукоизоляция входной двери .( Очень слышно,что происходит в подъезде..

Everything was perfect. A comfortable apartment, everything is available for the longer stays. WiFi was good for working. Top location with big terrace facing calm street.

For me the bed was hard and pillows need replacing. Noisy neighbour .

The host was so lovely and easy to contact. The location was perfect for us as we were just outside the very touristy bit. We didn't rent a car but the buses were great and we travelled loads around the island.

We stayed for a week and I am 6months pregnant so occasionally struggled to sleep with some of the noise from other flats. My husband was fine though!

The host was very nice, the apartment cozy. It was clean and with a lot of nice details. The terrace was nice. There was a big variety of teas and a delicious Spanish wine.

Something to keep in mind - the apartment is in the city, so it might get noisy for light sleepers. There was no sun in the terrace in the mornings and evenings.

Extremely clean. The host provides very warm welcome. Many thanks for complimentary cava and fruits (!) - it was very handy upon late arrival. The kitchen have anything you need and even more - filter coffee machine and bread roaster. The host provides free milled coffee, sugar, rich tea bags set, etc that is so non typical for apartments in average. The bathroom equipped with separate bidet that is very convenient. Nice towels, shower gel and soap are also provided. Dual band (2.4 and 5GHz) wi-fi is very strong, stable and fast. The terrace is big and equipped with clothes dryer. There are no direct sunlight so you would feel comfortable any time of the day. The location is great and close to everything in downtown. Although the building entrance comes out to busy avenue the apartment windows looks out the opposite side - Calle Iriarte which is very quiet especially at night hours. Finding parking place may be not easy on the nearest streets but there is a huge free parking not so far at the ocean beach in 900 m - 12 min walk (Look for "Parking El Muelle" on Google maps).
