Ausnehmend nettes bemühtes, freundliches Personal. Toller Innenhof. Ruhige Lage etwas abseits aber nebenan ein schönes Einheimischenlokal für Tacos etc. Super Frühstück, sauber!

Kein Negativum sondern nur als Anmerkung, wäre ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett eine hervorragende Ergänzung. Wir hatten unser eigenes dabei und es gibt auch an den Fenstern Vorrichtungen, die allerdings nicht ganz dicht sind.

Das Frühstück wird liebevoll täglich frisch zubereitet. Der Kaffee ist ein Traum. Der Garten ist ein Wahnsinn, sehr schön, grundsätzlich ruhig. Es gibt 2 kleine Hunde im Haus. Generell in der Nachbarschaft laufen (wie fast überall in Mexiko) viele Hunde herum, hatte aber keine schlechten Erfahrungen damit. Zimmer top inkl. eigenem Badezimmer. Personal sehr nett.

Lage: Die Lage ist super wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Mit den Öffis (Bus) bzw. zu Fuß ist es etwas weit weg von allem (ca. 20 Min zu Fuß). In 10-15 Min zu Fuß erreicht man Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. Es gibt 2 Min entfernt jedoch auch einen Obstladen, Brotladen und Imbissläden. Kühlschrank: Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank, das System funktioniert jedoch nicht. Bei einem anderen Gast wurde das Obst für etwas anderes verwendet, mein Obst ist ganz verschwunden/entsorgt worden. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Fön und TV am Zimmer, Kartenzahlung ermöglichen.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - no choice of meal, but a different, freshly cooked local dish was made every morning. Garden was pleasant.

Our first night was in a room at the front and the property is on a very busy road. Whilst most traffic noise was minimal, every 10 min or so, a motorcycle with no silencer on the exhaust went by and this was very, very loud. We had to spend the night sleeping with earplugs in, which becomes uncomfortable after a while. We were moved next morning to a room at the rear, which was quieter. This room, like the first, was large, spacious and mostly empty, with nowhere to sit or relax - not even on the bed, as there was a ledge at the top of the headboard at neck height. There was an impressive wall of wardrobes but completely empty, no coathangers and, as another reviewer has noted, nowhere to hang anything (a couple of hooks only). Our bathroom was shabby, grout missing from the tiles around the sink, concrete ledges under the sink with tiles missing from their edges, revealing chipped broken concrete, and three rusty screws sticking out of the wall in the shower at elbow height. Floor tiles in the room were cracked and broken, one in particular with a large hole in the middle, dangerous for bare feet. Pillows were awful, again as noted by another reviewer. While the garden was pleasant, most seats in it were very small and uncomfortable (but there were hammocks). Also as noted by other reviewers, it is a good 15 min walk to the centre of town which may be an issue for some people - we knew that already, so are not marking the property down for that. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many places more basic than this, but for the price we paid here we expected a much better maintained property with more comfort.

Staff are helpful, breakfast is good, location ok if your a walker as central town is about 20 minute walk. Car security is good.

Our room number 6 ( situated in the back of the hotel) did not at all resemble the pictures displayed on Booking website and was therefore way over priced for the rooms available on Booking website for this location at the time. My advice is check your room before payment.

La gentillesse du personnel. La cuisine commune. L'extérieur très agréable et bien entretenu. Les emplacements de stationnement même si nous avons du utiliser nos 2 nuits la place extérieure.

Le manque de pression d'eau et le manque d'eau chaude.
