This booking was made at the last minute due to a cancellation. So I was very pleased to get a booking ASAP. Great place, location & owners.
Booking.com did not send booking information until the owner contacted them. They did not send a code for the lock box & we could not get in until contact was made with the owners.

Being in the centre of town it was so close to everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family's short stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the cooking facilities needed. Communication from the hosts about accessing the house was excellent. Property was really clean. Appreciated the secure parking for our vehicle.
The only negative would be that there was no clothes dryer or clothes drying rack. There was only a clothes line along the side of the house, if it was raining there would be no way to dry the washing.

Unbelievably disappointing!
There was no hot water for our whole stay.
There was no heating...we were freezing.
There were no electric blankets or hot water bottles.
No tissues in bathrooms.
No tea or coffee or milk.
It felt so unwelcoming.
We were unable to advise the manager of this issue as their phone number was at the home and we were out all day everyday.
Should not have needed to complain about basic expectations like hot water and heating

There was nothing to not like about the property. It was a great option for our family. We also had family who live locally and it was a large enough space to have visitors over for a cuppa.

Very spacious rooms with a fantastic view from the balcony. This house had everything you could possibly want for a great holiday. Easy walking distance to the shops and cafes.

Location was great a bit tricky to put the boat in but once we sorted that problem it was great

Great house, very close to the CBD, excellent facilities, more than we expected, plenty of beds and room for the 6 of us.

Loved the size/layout of the accommodation, also that the property had everything at hand plus more i.e, all utensils required, Beach equipment for kids in the garage, board games and puzzles, t.v Netflix capability and most of all the view from the balcony/seating room over the ocean down below is a beautiful way to relax.
would have been good if the garage was accessible from the house. Other than that nothing else.

View was spectacular even when it was raining. House was a lot bigger than it shows on the internet. Had sufficient crockery and cutlery. They even supplied tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oils. House was clean, games for the kids supplied.
Beds were a bit hard for us but may suit others. Dog in units behind barked a lot, waking us up in the morning.

A very good location and the property matched the advertised description.
Not a complaint but it would be nice if the property had a full length mirror. During our stay we had strong blustery winds. At times there was quite loud banging at the rear of the house. It sounded as though some roofing had come loose. Might be worth a check before too long.

It was a nuisance not being able to get into the house from the garage. Keys provided didn't open the connecting door?

Amazing location, incredible view, excellent facilities, and the beds are great.
Little bit tricky to find the aircon. Hosts were very responsive over text and pointed us in the right direction.

The location was great, just a short walk to everything. Gorgeous view overlooking the river and ocean. Well appointed with lots of essentials supplied. Would book again in a heartbeat.
