Location is very convenient. The house has everything we needed and was extremely clean and tidy.

The road is quite busy and loud in the morning so not ideal if you like to sleep in. The bed is also a little too firm for my liking but I know we’re all different.

The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The layout is exceptional and well cared for. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk into town.

Seriously inadequate air-conditioning for size of property. I single unit for the whole house plus 3 ceiling fans does not match the expectation from the description on Booking.com, this aspect is misleading and deceptive, particularly as there is a ducted cooling/heating system in the house that is no longer operational. Without that in the summer even having the air-con unit and ceiling fans going flat out, it was only barely comfortable with outside temperatures of 29 & 30 degrees and humidity at 80% to deal with! (Hard to imagine how warm the house would be in the winter with only 1 fireplace & 1 air-con unit to stay warm) The front gates are a real challenge to grapple with, whilst understanding the need for vigilant security, arriving in the dark, in a poorly lit street and relying on mobile phone torch, the gates would be frustrating to most guests.

Owners contacted us via email, gave us the code and everything was as stated. Lovely view. Walking distance to town and for really, to the beach as well.

Do not have any negatives. I am not going to try and pick negatives in something that my wife and I enjoyed.

Plenty of beds and set up well. Also had enough for the kids

Clean, comfortable, cosy, homely, great back deck with bushy views. Good location, walk to town centre.
