Como aspectos positivos decir que tiene muy buena localización, cerca de la plaza de comercio, de la estación de tren Cais do Sodré, el ascensor dos Bicas, y de muchos restaurantes de bastante buena calidad. Es espacioso y con un buen diseño.

Para empezar, no me asignaron el apartamento en su momento, y al llegar y llamarles y escribirles por todas los medios existentes, no me contestaba nadie, me quedé casi una hora en la calle esperando (porque el vigilante del edificio solo me dijo ah pues no sé...entiendo que ellos no tengan nada que ver, pero en fin, tampoco fueron las formas), luego, tras hablar con Booking, volví a llamar al número del edificio , y ya me contestaron y dijeron que sí me lo habían enviado (cosa que no es cierta porque revisé todo mil veces), pero que volverían a hacerlo. En fin, una vez dentro, el colchón es incómodo, puedes notar los muelles con la mano, el lavabo no tragaba agua, hasta que se acumulaba y luego poco a poco iba tragando, la cisterna perdía agua...en fin...Ah! Y una iluminación lamentable. Es una pena, pq el apartamento podría ser muy top, por el sitio en el que está y la apariencia del edificio y el mobiliario. Ojalá se tomen en serio los comentarios de los usuarios y decidan cambiar aquello en lo que fallan.

Apartamento a 15 minutos del centro. A pesar de tener el edificio muchos apartamentos, no se oye nada. Habitaciones espaciosas y con todo detalle para que la estancia sea agradable.

The building is well maintained, serviced and managed by the finestay property management group and has 24/7 security. They’ve kindly accommodated my early checkin request in a remote timely efficient manner. the apartment is fitted impeccably and delivers on every aspect. Great central location to explore central lisbon with the train station just around the corner and many cafes, bars and diners on the property itself

Slightly noisy at night with all the attractions in the neighborhood but nothing extreme

The location & rooftop bar. It was a spacious apartment with loads of amenities around the nearby area.

Lack of light as the room overlooked a courtyard so limited natural light and generally quite dark lighting within the apartment. A few minor details could be improved eg the bathroom door stuck to the floor and a bit difficult to open.

The apartment is new, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent.

Didn't like how impersonal the transactions are, the total lack of personal touch, information or suggestions. There is no help to be had with storing the luggage before 9:30 AM or after 5:00 PM. This facility is managed by an outside contractor, not the host company. We arrived early and had to lug around our suitcases for hours looking for someplace to be. Nobody to ask about where to go or what to do.

Location was fantastic, and the apartment itself is good too. bathroom needs some storage.

Communicating with the hosts were almost impossible, they didn't answer their phone, had to wait 24 hrs for an answer on whatsapp or booking messages.BUT they made sure a hundred times that we won't forget to put the extra tax paid in cash on the table....pathetic. no housekeeping for 10 days, no infos about where to take the trash etc. service = zero points

Check-in was simple, and the room was beautiful! The location was very close to the Metro, which made getting around easy.

This is not a negative review: Location is great for all nights out. However, it was very loud outside until 0500 in the morning.

Message with the key collection code only sent via Booking.com app. No separate e-mail, no separate text, phone number given wasn't answered. Made it difficult to track the code down initially.

Really nice location next to the Time Out Market and close to the riviera. Dining options within and around the building.

The beds were not very comfortable and felt more like sleeping on a pull-out couch, people party in the alley every night so there is noise throughout the early hours of the morning. There were some areas that needed cleaning, but otherwise it was fine.

The building is located in a great area, next to the Ribeira Market and close to the city centre. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

The area gets a bit noisy in the night and the apartment could be better maintained and could be a bit cleaner.

we were not given the check in code for the lock box until after check in time I had to contact them myself and they then gave the wrong information. We were given the wrong lock box number and I had to call a second time. STAINS on bed sheets The toilet has a HORRENDOUS stench that was smelt from all bedrooms we told the host but not answer

The location was convenient for transport. The room was spacious and clean. I would use this facility again.

The noise from the street at times was loud.

Fantastic location - 100 m to Pink Street, 20 m to TimeOut Market. Very close to Cais do Sodre station and metro. There are approx. 20 restaurants inthe vicinity of the building. The kitchen is small but fully equiped. The appartment was spacieous. We had a great view from the 4th floor appartment. the shop was very close and there is a Copenhagen Coffee Lab bakery just 100 m away.

There were several things to improve. The sink in the bathroom was leaky and the smell from the sewers filled the appartment - we had to close it with a lid. There was some fungal plque on the wall. The pillows were very messy, poor and the bedsheets could have been exchanged, cause they had some bloody stains.
