Apartment was very clean and incluuded all facilities it even had drying washingmashine. Personal was frindly and very helpfull.

The apartment was very well decorated clean and in very good condition. Interior Design of high spec. Also very convenient location about 15mins walk from the city centre. Parking available just outside the property.

This place is so beautiful and comfortable. You will feel yourself at home. It is very well designed and clean. The host ist very nice. He gave us some amazing local tips, which as a tourist we appreciated it alot. At one of this suggested locations i proposed to my girlfriend :) The city of Chania is also a very beautiful city on Crete and in my opinion it is a must see.

I cannot fault this apartment. The decor and furnishings are top notch and really show the thought and care that has gone into the design of the apartment. The veranda overlooking them lemon trees was my favourite space to go to in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedroom as are extremely comfortable with black out shutters if needed. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has a modern, high quality design. The thing that really made our trip was Peter’s hospitality. He was on hand when needed and gave us a warm welcome (with freshly cooked barbecue as it was a special occasion) when we arrived and he and his mum saw us off on our last day. The attention to detail that has gone into the guide book that he has prepared for guests is excellent and really helped us to plan our trip from supermarket trips, to meals and activities. We’ll definitely be back. The location is in a quieter part of Chania town and is ideal for getting into the centre of town, to beaches and the main tourist attractions and activities. It helps to have a car if you want to explore more.

Loved the little extras provided by Peter and family including chocolates and those amazing spinach and Feta pies - delicious and so thoughtful. We would not hesitate to return and thank you for helping us to enjoy all Chania has to offer.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we met Peter and Niki. The apartment has a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fllat screen TV etc. Treats like authentic little chocolates, fresh fruit and raki on arrival. Spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend to book this apartment because you won't be disappointed. Peter has a book with recommendations for eating out, supermarkets, trips etc. Niki and Peter really love want they do and it's reflected in the apartment and the wonderful greeting you get if you see them during your holiday. Clean, lots of space, beautifully renovated, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. Peter is an excellent host.

We were 3 friends and we spent 4 nights at the Urban Apartment. The stay was really nice as the apartment has a lot of space (big sofa, 2 rooms and terrace) and everything you need to make your holidays easier: dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Peter, the host, was really nice and he welcomed us with a big brochure with lot of info and water, some fruits and sweets. You can also parking for free in the building. To get to the center you need a 20 minutes walking approx.

The apartment was phenomenal!!! It was modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was friendly and gave plenty of information of the nearby area (great recommendations for restaurants) It wasn’t too far from the restaurants/bars and if you were tired you can take a €5 taxi back after a long day.

The appartment is amazing, exactly like the picture. Very good and safe location. Perfectly clean. Beds extremly confortable. Thanks again to Peter, her advices, kindness and disponibility was very appraciat. I recommand 100%. We definitly know where sleep if we come back to chania.
