Lodge was well used and there was some obvious wear and tear and mattress wasn't the best otherwise everything else was amazing

Just not a mop and bucket in lodge might save washing so many towels that’s the only problem I’ve had otherwise excellent for a break

Lovely area and the concept of it all
The house looked outdated with stains all over the place. Did not feel clean. Dishes were dirty, hot-tub water felt gross and dirty. £15 to use the bbq is well overpriced.

really clean, good value for money, friendly staff and everything that we could possibly need (glasses cutlery etc) was in the room. Good communication leading up to our stay there too.
just a couple of very minor downsides, our lodge that we stayed in wasn’t very private - if I were to stay again I’d make sure I looked at the site map carefully and booked a more private lodge.
The closest pub that was open and served food was a 1.8 mile walk away - not the end of the world by any means, but wasn’t ideal when it was raining!
Both negatives can be avoided with better planning (which clearly I didn’t do!) other than that we enjoyed our time there.

I booked for my Sin’s 18 th birthday and we were amazed by our lodge , the location was superb with stunning views . On arrival, the lodge was immaculate and the smell was beautiful, thank you Paula !

I think the pod itself was pretty wholesome and cute. We felt that the main thing we enjoyed most was the hot tub and the nature. It was extremely nice being able to relax at night and stargaze whilst being in the hot tub.
A few things that we weren’t happy with but not necessarily mean we won’t stay again. Our free standing oven/grill was not working which was caused abit of stress as we wanted a smooth ride to cook our food. However this was resolved and the staff gave us a portable oven which worked fine. Another problem was the TV signal. Of course because we were in the countryside, the signal wasn’t the best but I think it could have been improved with better wifi stability. Some channels just wasn’t working. Lastly, the hot water suddenly disappeared half way through use and we didn’t understand why.

we loved the location of the lodge. the scenery was beautiful!
the only criticism I would have of the lodge would be there was a few Niggly things one of these things that the dishwasher was not fitted properly and was difficult to close. Also the cabin next to us was very noisy on our lastnight into the early hours of the morning but that was not down to the park. We should have reported it as when we arrived we were told no excessive noise after 9.30

What a gorgeous place to stay! The surroundings are amazing and the lodge was so nice. The juccuzi was lovely and stayed hot even in the cold weather! Highly recommened.
