Food in the pub was lovely.

Room was slightly dirty and dusty upon arrival, floor didn’t look like it had been hoovered. Pillows were very hard to sleep on. Room was also considerably dark with not much lighting.

everything was perfect!! bed was so comfortable and lovely staff, nothing was too much!! l will definitely be staying again. thank you ❤️

No curtains in the room which is bizarre, tired rooms, window dirty and bad condensation, bedding not changed in 4 nights, maids coke once during our stay, no cleaning just made the bed. Breakfast wasn’t the best, expensive food in the bar.

Was given wrong information about parking on arrival by a very unhelpful receptionist,told us it was sorted and didn't even bother to take our registration,we checked on leaving and it wasn't sorted. No glasses in room for cleaning teeth etc. No complementary biscuits,when I asked was told co-op was 5 mins away.We could hear the gentleman on the phone and the person he was speaking too,room 304 is not sound proof. Food was so greasy for breakfast,fruit over ripe.White stains around side of upholstery on bed, had to clean with baby wipes.Srong smell of drains in bathroom Hotel seems to aim more for leisure facilities than guests staying over

I've stayed at the hotel a few times over the years and it is in need of a bit of tender care. The rooms were clean, but the paint is peeling in the corridors and rooms and there was a random wire sticking out of the ceiling of my room. The accommodation is overpriced and the whole building seems "tired". I'm sorry to say that unless the hotel is refurbished or the price is drooped considerably, I won't be looking to stay there again.

Too many family rooms near ourselves, meaning noisy neighbours/ children most of the night!! Bath/stroke shower virtual impossible to stand up in whilst showering!! Serious accident waiting to happen!

Lack of staff, unfriendly and unhelpful. In need of refurbishment, it's like a DIY hotel but expensive with no frills. In summary it is like a Travelodge with sports bar inside.

Great location. No staff on arrival or check-out as its self check-in and out. Not great when you have questions or an issue.

Couldnt access the wifi. Beds wernt very comfy as it was 2 twins pushed together which isnt great when you expect an actual full sized bed. The room had an adjoining door into the next room which I didnt like at all.
