Very charming, clean, spacious and yet cozy. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and toiletries. Balcony with a view. Our host Salvatore is the very best. His genuine hospitality and kindness towards the guests is not like others. He prepared us welcoming Tuscan’s spread and served breakfast. He drove me to the restaurant in town to get our dinner because the delivery couldn’t make it. Always with a wide smile on his face! we’ll visit again! Highly recommended. Grazie Mille Salvatore! Having hot coffee and homemade cake served for breakfast was lovely. The location was easy to find in a quiet street and easy walking distance to landmarks and shops. Superb facilities with attention to details like heated bathroom floor, massage shower jets, and welcome antipasto and drinks. Excellent communication and ready to take Cate of us from start to finish!

The bed was a little hard but big and with a lovely warm, fluffy quilt

The host Salvatore has a lot of hospitality and is very nice. He offered his help and support during all our visit. He also offered us some food and drinks when we arrived. I would recommend this place 100% .

The owner is very kind and have good service mind. He prepared Tascan product to welcome us. He gave us a refund on first night for the inconvenience caused by a few rain dropped in the apartment due to unfinished roof maintenance. He offered coffee and dessert every morning. In addition, he gave us a ride to Prato train station on the departure date. We are so happy with him and absolutely recommend this apartment.

Salvatore is incredibly kind and helpful, providing wonderful (unexpected) food, the apartment is excellent, to the point where we had to check whether we paid the correct price, and very close to the station - we’ve stayed in many places like this on our trip, but this was one of the best, with definitely the kindest host!

Salvatore was the perfect host, the hospitality shown to us from him and his wife was second to none: from the lift from station to providing us with a lovely taste of Tuscan food. The apartment is large and spotless with a welcome outdoor space. In many years of traveling this is without doubt one of our best experiences. Would 100% recommend.

Salvatore is very kind and accommodating and even with a language barrier we communicated fine using what's app and Google translate.

The bed was way too small for me because it had a railing at the end though I'm almost 2 meters tall so for anyone of average height it shouldn't be a problem. Also as a northern European I'm used to sleeping with a heavy blanket though that's a cultural issue so it's a bit silly to expect one in Italy were it's significantly warmer.

It was much better than I expected. House was clean and cozy. Owner is a very kind man, he shared some treats and overall was very responsive

I received text messages with instructions. Even with delays in travel arrangements I was met at the railway station and driven to the property.

Air conditioner not enough to heat up room properly.

The most gentle host I have ever stayed with. All the amenities of home plus the luxury of a wonderful self contained apartment. The host was kind and helpful and brought us breakfast, left us a cheeseboard and wrote as a wonderful note thanking is for our stay. I can not praise him enough. The balcony has a wonderful view of tennis courts and stadium. The property is in walking distance of the train, Prato Centro and a picturesque river with walk path. I thoroughly enjoyed the airconditioning and spacious bathroom amenities.

Everything was perfect!

Exceptional stay and exceptional hospitality! Salvatore made us feel incredibly welcome and could not have been more generous, kind or helpful. We stayed here at a moments notice, for three nights whilst our car needed urgent repairs. We were very sad to leave! Salvatore offered to drive us to the garage to collect our car and he provided us with some incredible food during our stay! The property is located close to the centre of Prato and very close to the river where the scenery is just beautiful. There are also some amazing walks to be had in the surrounding Tuscan hills! The property was clean, comfortable and spacious, with a great roof terrace! I would reccomended staying here to everyone!
