Great wifi & aircon. Great duvet. You're not sleeping under only a thin sheet like some other guesthouses. Mini-Fridge and kettle. Free water refill. Had quiet & deep sleep. Very comfortable. Central location in Kuta.

Kuta isn't a great neighborhood. Kuta is not as cool as Seminyak, Ubud & Canggu.

Struttura pulitissima, colazione e cena molto buone e soprattutto ed economiche, staff sempre a disposizione. La camera aveva tutto cio che serve. Zona bar molto rilassante.

La posizione è buona ma ho avuto la sensazione che i vicoli per arrivarci non siano proprio sicurissimi

It is on a more quiet street in Kuta, which is nice as the main roads are loud. Convenient restaurant located downstairs but only has basic menu. Staff are friendly and smile. Airport transfer can also be arranged by front desk.

It is hard for them to change this but the location is very bad, the hotel is located on a very narrow road which makes it sometimes impossible for taxis and cars to get in without large delays. A large part of every morning includes waiting for a car and getting out of the street. The area is kind of dangerous at night. The restaurant will also give you a discount until the day you are leaving, on which they will charge full price.. not a very nice move. No laundry services or room service.

일단 위치가 비치 쇼핑몰 걸어서 10분거리고 유명한 스테이크 맛집이 맞은편이고 방 크기 적당하고 해바라기 인게 아쉽지만 나쁘지 않아요 직원들 친절하고 1층 식당 맛있고 주문하면 방으로 가져다 줘요

조금은 복잡한 골목이고 길이 좁아요

Auf Grund eines Upgrades habe ich eine riesige Suite erhalten. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker.

location, not on the Main Street yet easily reach to the shore. staff always smile, very helpful indeed. price very competitive for the room. looking at the pictures I was a bit hesitant when booking, but I was wrong in every prospective. room/shower was extremely clean, firm mattress clean and smells fresh. Netflix in room with surprisingly good internet connection.

I wish I had more days to stay in this property.

Номер оказался намного симпатичнее и чище, чем я ожидала. 4 подушки на кровати и нормальный матрас. В постельное не всматривалась, но выглядело чистым и без пятен. За счет того, что в номере стены, потолок из бамбука выглядит хорошо и нет проблем с облупившейся штукатуркой и т.д

Nice place which is near to Kuta beach, reasonable prices and inn stayers have discounts at its restaurant and spa. Also like that it has a drying area at the balcony so that you can hang your wet clothes proper. We were even able to have good sunset views and fireworks view at night.

Being located inside the small streets, do take into account that cars will take longer than usual to reach the inn as they need to go one big round to reach it in the midst of traffic. Take note to allocate 1.5times or 2 times the time needed for travel if you are in a rush to somewhere.

El hotel es pequeñito pero muy bonito y cerca de restaurantes y bares. La playa está a unos 10 minutos andando. El personal del hotel súper amable y el spa muy bueno, lo recomiendo.

No tiene piscina, pero la playa está muy cerquita, por lo que todo perfecto.

*Located among the hustle & bustle of bali.. *Reception /staff were helpful & friendly.. *For the price, it's a great spot to stay if your out & about everyday... *Wifi connection was excellent *Loved the layout of the villa and wooden theme gave beachhouse island vibes *Beds were comfy and rooms serviced everyday

*Nothing to fault except the menu needs more variety would be happy to eat in everyday if there was more options. *Had to buy a international charger adapter

La localisation en plein cœur de Kuta, pas trop loin de la plage même si ce n’était pas le plus proche. Le personnel très agréable et serviable. La propreté irréprochable !

Wifi catastrophique, quasiment inexistante quelque soit notre position dans l’hôtel (dans notre chambre, dans le hall, sur la terrasse…).

세상에서 제일 친절한 스태프들이 상주하고 있습니다. 숙소 이름에 왜 'SEA'와 ‘BEACH'가 있는지 알 수 있는 훌륭한 위치예요. 내가 KUTA에 있음을 잘 느낄 수 있는 특색있는 숙소였습니다. 모든 것이 만족스러웠어요😄

Location is bad, no taxi service, no car can reach out of this place. If you have big luggages it would be big problem. A lot of bars around, noisy till the 2-3 am, impossible to sleep.
