The unit itself was extremely modern and lovely. The outdoor furniture setup on the balcony was a great touch. It was very spacious and clean. The proximity to the beach was great! The trash room was right downstairs which was easy for us.

We had an issue with checkin where we were waiting outside the address for 35 minutes. We communicated that our flight was delayed, but we ended up landing on time. We stayed in constant communication from the minute we landed in Nice, but the hosts were not able to adjust to our new landing time. The keys could be left in a lockbox with a code. Also, the address listed is not accurate; the entrance to the unit is 5 Rue Saint Phillipe. And don’t expect a beach view; you can only see a tiny sliver of blue water.

Honestly, everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities you could need for both a short and longer stay. All the furniture and appliances are new (or at least well maintained), there are 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (both leading to the terrace). The terrace is beautiful, overlooking the inner courtyard of the residential complex, which is very safe and well kept. The location is a 10/10, next to the famous Negresco hotel. There's also a huge Carrefour next to the building, as well as a bus stop (bus 12 that goes directly to the airport). Sebastian (who greeted us) was very nice and welcoming, and communication with Emma (owner) was clear and friendly. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

The property was immaculate, spacious and just couldn’t fault the location - sheltered from the wind and noise from the Promenade as it is set back and overlooks a beautiful garden but benefits from being so close to the sea and the centre. To also benefit from the afternoon sun on the balcony was also glorious. Sebastian was extremely accommodating and helpful. I used to live in Nice and this is the best place my family, who visited me a lot and stayed in lots of different places, have stayed. It was everything we hoped for.

Big and comfortable terrace,close to promenade,quiet area. 2 bedroom with 2 big bed and big bed in livingroom as well. 2 bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. Clean!! Elevator. We loved the apt!!!!

Location to the boardwalk was good. Easy to walk around Nice.

One of the bedrooms did not have a blanket on the bed. We had to use a towel for warmth and still froze. Although we called the management company who called the owner, nothing was done. They said they would bring one, did not and just stopped communicating with us. Very disappointed!
