I thought it was a bit closer to Sintra town, but it is a little more outlying towards the beach

There was a terrible smell in the room because of fungus.

The bed was stained with fungus, no windows in the room and there was a terrible smell.

Could be more clean, sometimes cold water, TVs are not in good condition, some rust and dirt.

Nice small hotel with just five rooms, located 3 minutes from the beach. A couple of restaurants are nearby and a small supermarket is located right down the street. Even there is no parking available right at the facility, there are a lot available up and down the street within a walking distance of 1 minute.

The bathroom is an open "room" with just a curtain separating it from the bedroom. It's not that kind of a deal but it's a bit surprising.

I understand it was a budget accommodation, but l didn't expect that it could be so noisy. I had a room with a window. The noise of the cars.. Starts in early morning - 7..people parking cars just at the front and probably going for coffee to next door. Forget about long sleeps..Car parking just at your window. Also you have to keep your window covered, cos people could see you from outside. Seems you have a window, but it's always with a blind on. I read some people could hear a ocean - l couldn't.. Only noise of cars and people walking by. I'm a solo traveller, so l don't mind to have a wc and shower in a room 😂 but could be issue for a couple.
