As advertised, an amazing property in a great location. We stayed as a group of 12 Adults and there was plenty of room. Highly recommended.

Excellent House for friends and fam
Thanks to George Brand at Avoca whom were very helpful throughout the process. Property was great - definitely needs new mattresses.

Excellent
This place was amazing. So close to the centre of town and a great outdoor pool area with plenty of chairs and lounges. The added feature of the speaker system and lounge room only added to the vibe.
Only issue was the water fountain at the pool appears to have an electrical leak which electrified the water in the fountain tank only within it which I’m sure will be rectified by the property managers in the future.

Fantastic location!
Perfect spot for a family holiday catering for all ages. Easy walk to Terrigal !
Shame that the outdoor isnt set up pre arrival; with sunbeds and chairs at the table. Had to give a major clean to the outdoor table before use.
Also, most bins were full. We put them out on the day we arrived ( Wednesday) this could have been done prior to us arriving as bin collection is Thursday.
Not the most pleasant start!
But enjoyable all round and very comfy with plenty of room

Spacious, sleek.
Lovely spacious house, four decent rooms and plenty of pull out beds if required. Happily come back.

Amazing house
This house was super nice and spacious for a group of 18 of us. The sofa beds are a bit uncomfortable but not bad for a 2 night stay!

Amazing weekend!
Loved this house! Perfect pool and backyard.
Only negative points is the air conditioning is not very strong, we couldnt get the foxtel to work, we paid for pool heating and it wasnt very warm.
Be very careful of the spa... the slightest overfill can cause it to leak through the roof which is very strange for something like this to occur in the year 2020. Definitely needs to be fixed so it can be used normally without any worries.
But overall location and time at the house was amazing. Property managers were very friendly and easy to deal with.
Would definitely reccomend others to stay at this property.

Overall great stay!
Location of this property was walking distance to everything you could want and more. Although, it had it all and there was no need to even leave.
Very clean and tidy, outdoor living area was the highlight, pool and immediate lagoon access, for fishing and paddle boards, kids were always entertained.
Thanks for providing a wonderful stay and exceptional service, enjoyed by all.
Looking forward to booking and staying again!

The house and land was well maintained and monitored. Easy and efficient communication with all problems or issues quickly addressed. Spacious and listed accurately. Fit 18 well.
