Spacious room. Very clean, including the shared kitchen. It was really great having our own shelf in the fridge. The pool!! The female staff were great. Free shuttle to the dive centre in Semporna. Nice hot shower.

The out of hours male staff were less helpful and spent a lot of time on their phones.

transport was easy to book through the staff, pool was clean and inviting, rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, can make your own breakfast in the morning and store your own food and drink in their kitchen facilities (which were also very good). staff were extremely helpful and offered to move rooms as there was a celebration on at the time so they wanted us to have limited noise.

on a main road but you don’t notice this too much, so maybe not ideal for small children

The best accommodation in Semporna. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

To be honest, I did not fall in love with the room at first sight, however, after spending a day in the area I appreciated this hotel so much! Mostly because it is like an oasis in otherwise very busy and not always lovely Semporna. It has spacious outdoor area where it is lovely to hang out and even a pool! It was the perfect place to wind down after days of water activities. The staff was extremely nice too, allowed us to use the washing machine, store our food, etc. The breakfast was also truly amazing. All in all - I think it is a gem in Semporna.

Extremely friendly owner & staff. Went out of their way to make our trip really memoriable. Even booked us on excellent quality trips to various islands.

About 4.5kms from town , which is a bit of a problem.
