It was good. We got what we were exactly ordered and was very tasty. place was very clean and no flies as you find in many places. Tables were clean service was good. The manager was very polite and was very helpful. When we could not find a taxi he happily offered us to drop where we wanted for free of charge. his friendliness added bonus.

I am posting the detailed review of our disappointing stay at this hotel . This is a copy of my trip advisor review. First impressions make a great difference and sadly for us , this one was one to forget quickly. We had booked Pinnacle Boutique Villas as a late option as our original hotel Mango house in Galle Fort was unavailable once we had decided to extend our stay to 2 nights . Pinnacle Boutique hotel was a bit difficult to find due to no signage (located as Pizza Den)but it wasn’t an issue . Check in was very smooth and even done slightly earlier , however , this is where things started going downhill . We were allocated room 303. As soon as we walked into the room , we could tell that it had not been cleaned . There was dirt on the floor , balls of hair and dust , ants all over the place and one of the bedsheets had stains all over it . Poor cleanliness is inexcusable in the hospitality industry and even more so than ever given that we are still in a pandemic . In addition to these , the pipe under the bathroom sink had come off so the sink started leaking (photos attached). If the room had been cleaned and checked properly , this would have been noticed and resolved . I immediately raised these points and left the hotel staff to address them . By this time , we had been instantly put off by this hotel so we decided to leave for the day and come back as late as possible only using it as a bed for the night. We came back at night and went to the room and could tell it had finally been swept and mopped and the pipe fixed . Our stay here was for a total of two nights (13-15th Feb 2022) so the next morning we went for breakfast . Breakfast was basic but seemed to be okay . This was until I ate the omelette and found a hair in it (photo attached ) . We left the breakfast table at this point , went to our room and headed out for the day again with the same plan to limit our time at the hotel .

This hotel is a true example of an Excellent hospitality. The manager of the hotel was really a very kind and helpful person. He went over and beyond to make my stay at the hotel very comfortable. Room was quite big and spacious. Bathroom was equipped with every necessary things. Housekeeping and Room service is too Fast as well. Food quality was also of top quality. Breakfast served was very tasty, There is a Swimming Pool as well in the hotel on 4th Floor and i really enjoyed in the pool a lot. The hotel has really taken good steps for the hygiene and cleanliness at the pool, Hotel is located at a nice place and beach can be easily accessed from the hotel and Galle fort is too near by this hotel at around 4 kms. The best things which I liked was the behavior of the manager and the room service guy. Afterall it was my comfortable stay in the hotel with best experience. i am really satisfied with all the services of the hotel.

Me and my wife been traveling for the last couple of months. We have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. The staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine and they are doing a great job. Thank you so much. They have an amazing restaurant too. The food was amazing. We had breakfast, lunch, and Dinner from there itself since the food was so delicious. I will choose to stay here when I am coming back to Galle

Very clean and spacious apartment. Everything you might need. Breakfast was excellent, food in the restaurant was spot on, but over and above all that, the staff were phenomenal.

A delightful stay. Great value for money. Very comfortable and cozy rooms. Excellent meals. Outstanding team led by Janaka.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is big portion. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly, we check out late due to the whale watching boat return late, but the staff is very understanding and considerate, really appreciate for their kindness. Room is large and clean, am very satisfied with the stay.
