Es war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise durch die dominikanische Republik! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Stadt und das Meer und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern, jeweils mit eigenem Bad und alles sehr sauber. Der Wasserspender ist super praktisch, da man nicht ständig Plastikflaschen kaufen muss. Der Pool war sehr sauber und konnte mit den bereitgestellten Handtücher genutzt werden. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin war optimal, durch WhatsApp konnte man ständig in Kontakt treten und sogar Ausflüge wurden vermittelt. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft, welche sogar von einem Mitarbeiter bewacht sind.

Everything! Ana and her family have done a fantastic job furnishing and maintaining their beautiful apartment overlooking the town and harbor of Samana. Three large bedrooms, beautifully/comfortably furnished, each with its own bathroom. Comfortable living room furniture. Incredible view from the balconies, nicely furnished kitchen. Little details like a water cistern. Nice laundry room in unit. Great, gated parking. Easy drive down the hill to town. Reliable wi-fi. Lovely outdoor common area. Nice staff. And incredibly gracious and attentive hosts!

There was nothing to not like.

The apartment was just perfect. It was well cleaned, big, spacious and with a beautiful view from the balcony to relax. The communication with the host was pleasant and fast. We were able to get an early check-in and we had good recommendations to explore the area nearby. Hope to come back soon!

The accommodation was without food. But necessary utensils for breakfast and simple food are available. The view of Samana is magnificent. The landlady took excellent care of our well-being from afar. Thanks very much!

Actually nothing! Except the beds were very soft for European spines. But that's the way it is everywhere in the Dominican Republic!😉 Located very high on the mountain. You should be good on foot! But with the view you will be compensated 200%!

We rented the Appartement and organized ourself according to our tours and adventures ;-) It made perfect sense for us to take a rental car. Our Landlord (I do not know if I should use here clear name here ;-) was in contact with us all the time via WhatsApp and helped out especially with good advice on how to get the best tours and adventures in place. The apartement is „on top of the city“ so we had a very nice view during daytime and especially in the evening with the illuminated bridges.

Location was great, right by the malecón and restaurants nearby. Awesome view to the bay.
