I loved the living space and the apartment itself looked lovely. I would recommend to anyone and I would return here again.

I found the bed a bit hard. I would also have liked another cooking ring / hob to cook as there was only one there.

Check-in was fine, easy to do. The rooms themselves are also fine, all necessities are there.

A drunk (or otherwise drugged, I don't care) man broke into our apartment at 2 a.m. on the first night of our stay. It wasn't fun to wake up to a random dude staring at you in the dark. Apparently it was a neighbor who opened our door with his key, because all of the keys on out floor could open all of the doors, as it turned out. And no, you cannot just lock the door from the inside, there aren't any physical locks (you could barricade it with a chair, I guess). Just fantastic security, huh. We left immediately after the incident. Now hoping we can at least get a refund, it wasn't exactly cheap to find somewhere else to stay.

Clean & comfortable

Long way from shopping and public transport. 24/7 Check,-in is done at an ATM-like machine which you enter details such as Reservation Number, Name, etc and then it dispenses your room keycard....however nothing says that keycard does not work till after 12noon or if room I occupied until after 2pm. New Guests wander around with Keycard in hand before midday with no staff to talk to.

If you are traveling with the group, it’s one of the best places to stay at this price. It has very convenient kitchen, spending time at home is very comfortable.

It is very far from the city center. First walking through s-bahn for 15 minutes and taking sbahn takes too much time. There is almost no staff. We couldn’t find anybody to ask our needs.

I loved everything the staff mostly was super helpfull, i was not feeling well and they helped me a lot even do i do not speak german! Really happy about this place very quite and clean!

Maybe the studio could be a bit bigger but is very well organized

The beds were good and comfortable.

Freezer was missing and no TV channels for entertainment.
