Very quaint cabin along the lake with amazing views, great access to the area, and near the Bridgeport Rod and Gun Club and the NYS Amateur Trapshooting Facility. Will definitely look to coming back again.

Lovely little house on the lake with a great view. Less than half an hour from Syracuse area and Sylvan beach. Air conditioned, full kitchen, nice deck. Shared yard with sister property next door but still quiet.

Super clean. Place is even nicer in person than it looks in pictures. Perfect spot for a getaway

The cottage was clean, communication with the property owner was fantastic and dock and location on Oneida lake is great for someone looking for access to the lake. For anyone with a boat, there is about 3’ of water depth at the dock and the channel out to Oneida lake is around 5’ depth (early June). We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great property right on Lake Oneida. Very clean, with all the amenities you could need. Saw some spectacular sunsets from the deck. The owner was very responsive & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a fantastic location with spectacular views all around. The property has everything there that anyone would need, just show up with your bags. Dock was in great shape with a ton of room. Incredibly convent to have your boat 30 ft from your front door and nice protected canal. Ginger was great to work with and incredibly flexible. Will be staying there again when we return.

We had such a nice time. Everything was perfect for us. I don't know where to begin....the cabin was nicer than appeared in photos, the linens and towels were all in good shape, not old or worn out in any way, same with the mattress and couch. It's obvious the owners take pride in ownership and care about their renters. The cabin was clean and bright with all up-to-date appliances. Cute baskets of toiletries and basic supplies were left for us, in case we had forgotten anything. We were very comfortable staying here and would definitely return. Oh, a nice surprise happened every morning - the fish jumping in the water right off the bulkhead!

Thanks for being so flexible. We had a great time with fishing being quite good. Water was a little high but all worked out. Camp was very clean and well equipped. Just like home for us. Planning on coming back next year. Thanks again for everything

FISHERMAN TAKE NOTE: Lake Onida can get rough in high winds, this rental is right on Chittenanago Creek, when it's too windy to fish the main lake, this creek has some great spots protected from the wind, look for the deep holes. We fished in mid October with great success! Nice jumbo Yellow Perch & the Walleys move in & out of the creek. Ginger made sure we had what we needed, answered all my texts promptly & knew to leave us alone and enjoy our week's stay! Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with everything. Well kept and maintained. Ginger was very accommodating. Would like to return next year. Everything was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The cottage is very pleasant, bright, clean and neat. The location is great with a long dock and beautiful view of Oneida Lake. The cottage is nicely decorated and newly renovated with a great deck. All the necessary conveniences are there. From the cottage it’s a short drive to stores and services. Paul and Ginger were very accomodating and kept in touch to be sure that we had an enjoyable stay. We would go back any time.

My friend and I stayed at the Boatman's cottage on Oneida Lake for three nights. We wish we could have stayed for three weeks. Lots of room, immaculate, all our needs met, beautiful deck overlooking the water. We hope to stay there again and highly recommend it!

Rented this and the adjoining property, dock fit 3 bass boats with no problem. Houses were great, will be renting here again.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful location!!! Loved the scenery, the wild life, especially the mink who came out quite often and the geese with their babies. We were here for a busy weekend of graduation but what a great place to come back to and relax. Everything was very clean and up to date. Thank you Ginger!!!!

The Gboatman Cottage is a well maintained and equipped camp on a beautiful lake. Although we used it only as "a jumping off point" for our visit to our grandchildren in Liverpool, there was nothing that we needed that was not provided. We did not use the outdoor stuff, the kayak or dock but they looked very well maintained. We would defiantly book it again.

the place was spotless .It had everything and then some . ginger was very pleasant to deal with and we will be going back.

We loved camp boatman. even though our trip was for my husband's mother's funeral and it was a sad and difficult time for us. amp baotman was amazing. It was very clean, comfortable and so nicely done. We had everything we needed to make up feel at home. We were evern able to entertain family with a cook out while we were there. The view was awesome. We loved it and plan to return again.

Camp Boatman is very nice and comfortable, clean and neat! Wonderful view.....We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the sunsets and sunrises. Ginger and Paul were so hospitable, they were concerned we had everything we needed, which we did. We would love to visit again for sure!

Ginger and Paul's newly remodeled lakefront house was just as nice as in the pictures, and the point they have on the lake is stunningly beautiful. Ginger is a welcoming and thoughtful host, the place was immaculate, and she decorated and stocked the place for ultimate comfort--quality mattresses, furniture, linens, appliances, ceiling fans, and all kinds of outdoor things-grill, picnic table, deck furniture, and kayaks. So liveable inside--high ceilings, outlets everywhere you need them, beautiful windows. This is one of those places you don't want to write a review for--because you want to keep the secret all to yourself,especially as we hope to stay for many return visits! One caution to share about the lake, outdoors there are biting bugs, especially at night. Bug spray needed (but supplied in a wonderful basket of toiletries in the bathroom!).
