Fabulous location out of city & near river.
Beautiful decor & furnishings. Lovely pool. Friendly cat & owners. Gorgeous gardens.

Well provided for. Well laid out house. Compact 2 bedroom house.
The bedrooms were a bit cramped. No place to keep our suitcases.
No eateries around. One has to go 15-20km away to dine.out

Own little house with a carpark and privacy. Fresh fruit provided was great and the personal touch of having my name on the info board. Great rural views. Comfy bed. Home away from home.
Had some issues with the TV - Julian replaced without issue, but I would have liked just standard TV channels/Sky. Wifi wasn't very good. The bathroom door hits the cabinet if not careful and the shower head could do with an update.

The full kitchen was nice and had most of the things you needed to cook
Lack of privacy, considering the check-in was so late it felt inappropriate to have the hosts mowing lawns, cleaning the pool etc when we were trying to enjoy the property. The traffic from the main highway was terrible. It was very loud and woke us all up very early.

Beautiful little cottage that you feel right at home in. Frances was so helpful and absolutely the best! We did a night time kayaking trip to see glow worms (wonderful) and Frances was very helpful it getting it set up for us (thanks!). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The furniture and beds are all very comfortable and a homely feel.
Kitchen is a touch cramped, especially with uneven bench top, making it challenging to find flat surfaces to put things down when cooking.

Nice character location, very charming and comfortable.
Didn't realize there wasn't an oven, which was my issue, but watch out for that if you are planning to cook dinner.

Everything was perfect. Tidy/very clean and had everything we needed. We had privacy and it was all just so easy. Would defs recommend.

A comfortable stay with adequate heating (we came from Singapore and have not adapted to the lower temperatures) and comfortable beds.

It was great to have a washing machine. The site is out of town, but easy to find. Bed is comfy. Kitchen excellent.
I would have liked 2 comfy chairs instead of the couch, but that is probably due to my age. Also the shower head was in need of repair. It fell apart the first time we used it, but handyman husband made it work again.

Love the cottage and the surroundings, and the people running it
But a bit too close to the state highway for my liking - you can see the road from kitchen window. Constant traffic noise all day and night which took away from the lovely rural surroundings in the other direction.

A beautiful homestead that has been wonderfully decorated. It has all the facilities you would want - great beds, a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location is so nice, being in the country.

Location is just out of main tauranga, little cute cabin on its own, everything u need for a couple and do clean n tidy.

It was very clean and tidy. The property had a big refrigerator and every other things we needed. The rooms were spacious and warm and outdoor was beautiful.
It was a bit far from the beach and it would be nice if the beds were more comfortable.
