We really just needed a place to lay our heads and have a kitchen, but this property is so much more! Sadly, we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful backyard, but it is wonderful! We will be back and appreciate all the little touches that Steve puts together to really make you feel like you are home. thank you!

5 stars isn’t enough for Steve’s home in Austin! Steve is an amazing host and left so many thoughtful touches for us as his guests. From breakfast items to often forgotten toiletries, Steve’s home is welcoming from the minute you walk in. We were in Austin for the total solar eclipse, and Steve was even kind enough to leave us eclipse glasses! Steve was wonderful to communicate with from the moment we booked, throughout our entire stay. The house is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax either indoors or outdoors in between outings in Austin. The location was perfect as well…15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Steve’s home will be part of our wonderful memories of our trip to Austin!

It was clean and comfortable, as advertised. There were a number of nice touches like extra towels, kleenex/toiletries, and sleep number beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, the basics for baking/cooking, and some snacks. We had a really great experience!

I have stayed at many home rentals, I this was one of the best. Steve is a great host who thought about all of the little extras that made our stay special. The space was perfect for our small friend reunion and we loved spending time on the lovely patio and comfortable sofas visiting with each other. The house is clean, tidy, and in a great location. I highly recommend it! Thanks!!

This is our second stay at Steve’s place. It’s really perfect ! Easy check in, great communication, excellent location, spotless property. Great attention to detail- Thomas’s English muffins, bananas, and a bottle of wine are all provided by Steve ( and much appreciated!). We’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo properties and Steve’s is an all time favorite. You can’t go wrong staying here for your Austin visit!

Steve has been a wonderful host for our workers for the state track meet the past three years. Check in was very easy and the property is exactly as advertised. We will continue our yearly trip as long as he’ll have us. I highly recommend the property.

My three adult children and one daughter-in-law celebrated my 66th birthday by all traveling into Austin for a four night weekend. One daughter lives a mile from the home we rented so it worked out perfectly. The place was clean, the process easy, and there was enough extras that made it enjoyable to come back to after our long days together. It’s also quite close to the downtown, restaurants, and the airport.

Easy to work with the owner. Nice house and amenities. Very close to downtown Austin. Slight issue with key pad code when first checking in but resolved with owner. Overall I’d highly recommend.

We gathered with a few longtime friends just around the corner from my daughters house. The home was super comfortable which made for a great fun visit, we’ll probably make this a regular stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The home was centrally located in Austin, and the neighborhood was quiet and mostly families. We arrived and were very surprised by all the amenities and the special touches the home included. If you forgot something, likely the home has it just in case. The home also has a nice fenced backyard with a patio. We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay at Steve’s place in South Austin. It was immaculately clean , well equipped and easy to get to. Steve was a perfect host , answering all our questions without being the least bit intrusive. We hope to make this our HQ for all our future Austin visits. Really outstanding!!

Perfect Place
This was the perfect place for me, my husband, my sister and brother-in-law to stay during several days of wedding events for my nephew. It had comfortable beds, great showers, a relaxing backyard, and well-stocked kitchen. It was convenient to events downtown and to the wedding site at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Steve was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Thanks for making a long, wonderful weekend even better.
