Good choice for breakfast and great location would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Restaurant, bar and reception staff all very friendly. The reception staff were excellent at fixing problems. Good location. walking distance to shops, restaurants, art gallery etc.

Rooms not cleaned very well. Items in room not always restocked. Being charged for another rooms minibar. Having other peoples bar tabs put on my bar tab when the system went down and staff didn't register an approx $900 over charge. I held an event during my stay and serviettes and utensils to eat the food that couldn't be eaten by hand were not supplied.

Central location / comfortable (firm) beds / Staff .

No draws or shelves for clothes storage or toiletries in bathroom. Could be challenging for longer stay.

The location was perfect, restaurant was fantastic

Need light above where you place your suitcase and need free bottled water for coffee/tea

Awesome hotel and awesome location. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were great. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

The parking was an issue as there was no parks left in the hotel car park. This meant we had to juggle the wilsons carpark across the road.

Extremely clean, modern and with nice clean linen and towels. Modern decor and large room. Staff were very friendly. Central location, 5 min walk to city shops and cafes. Will be staying here again.

I was comfortable and felt safe as i was travelling on my own. Had a meeting on the Friday morning with a couple of colleagues. The staff were happy for us to use the lounge bar and bought us our coffees. Thank you

The lifts were too slow. LOL not a big deal gave me time to breathe.

The car parking situation isn’t great.

A friendly welcome and fast check in and out. Enjoyed an overnight stay and will definitely stay again. Nice and warm with fire in the downstairs bar on a winters evening.

The room was a good size and the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was also a great size. Loved the window seat and the TV was huge too.

The shower was small and it leaked all over the floor despite the door being closed.
