Very clean and fresh looking, great restaurant , pool and massage facilities with lovely accommodating staff. Free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall Rooms were amazing very spacious and our housekeeper Yam was lovely. Would definitely come back and highly recommend a stay here.

I was here for 18 days, so I'll be long in my appraisal. The reception desk was always full of jovial are wonderful people. They welcome you with such a great smile that raise your expectations and you start expecting such a welcome throughout. I had a room upgrade with the beautiful view of the Burj khalifa. I also loved very much Sipon who did his best to clean my room everyday. I was sharing the room with two kids and we did regular room service dinner. He also had some specific déco for the kid's bed. They were amazed everytime they found new déco. The concierge was also very helpful. I was ordering a lot of stuff online and they would happily channel them to my room. The room service was great also. Though I had an outdated card in my room. Fortunately, it was updated. Great food, especially the kids menu The location and views are splendid The room had good lightning and AC Despite the heat, the pool was always cozy and great. That was awesome

1. My first disappointment was the Larder restaurant. I've been to a few around the world and this was my worst experience. I hardly ever asked a service from any staff and was attended to. Getting a table was problematic. Requesting cutlery was another challenge. 2. The Kids play area did not have a staff for monitoring. Some kids were just rowdy and destroying stuff and parents wouldn't say a thing. 3. There was a lack of warmth you feel at other Radisson Blu hôtels. I had to go somewhere else for a few days. Maybe I stayed too long and my hosts were tired of me.

The hotel's location is central in the city; this made it easy to get around. The hotel's reception area was very welcoming and it was a nice touch to have water bottles available to the hotel guests. The room was relatively spacious and filled with the necessary amenities.

The water in the shower took a few minutes before it got warm.

Sehr bequeme Betten. Top Job vom Housekeeping. Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Der Gast ist wirklich gerne gesehen. Ausstattung und Service sehr gut.
