1) Prime Location: The hotel boasts an unrivaled location within short walking distance of key attractions like Dubai Mall, Al Bahar Market, and the Dubai Fountain. This proximity significantly enhances guest convenience and facilitates exploration. 2) Exceptional Staff Hospitality: I have to commends the staff for their exemplary hospitality and customer care, highlighting personalized attention from Mr. Tareq, the duty manager. Such interactions foster a welcoming and pleasant guest experience.

1) Aging Furnishings: The current state of guest room furniture and carpets detracts from the overall quality of accommodations. Refurbishment is necessary to maintain the expected standards of a premium hotel and ensure guest comfort. 2) Subpar Restaurant Experience: The limited breakfast menu and underwhelming food quality, freshness, presentation, and taste offered by the Beef and Reef restaurant fall short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Addressing these shortcomings is crucial to elevate the dining experience and align it with the overall brand quality.

The view of the Burj Khalifa from Room was simply the best. It was all thanks to Mr. Mohamed who carried our luggage when we arrived. When we reached our room we immediately wanted to have a better view and he quickly negotiated this for us. Overall very satisfied with the hotel. Perfect location as well as walking distance from Dubai Mall.

The breakfast can be greatly improved. Usually it is the same things everyday. Perhaps the F&B department should vary it a little. Also sometimes the service is super slow. Especially when the hotel is packed. I am sure this can also be improved.

Just location was good And staffs were kindly and friendly.

Facility was poor. Breakfast wasn’t good and complete. Floor was old and needed to renew.

Breakfast- cold everyday In room dining - no value for money and lacking in taste Housekeeping - terrible. Lacking in common sense. Having to request basic replacements each day eg, if I left a face towel on the floor, it’d be cleared away but not replaced. EVERYDAY. Other residents leaving their evening meals lining the corridors - not being cleared of staffs own initiative. Dilip the housekeeping manager assured me he is sorry for my stay for far (3 out of 6 days in) and that saw to my room himself yesterday - left me a men’s shaving razor and toothbrush despite seeing my own but not having replaced the cotton buds and cotton pads that I use daily?! I relayed my very strong opinion about the despicable service and the staff he employs who can’t speak English but tick the cheap labour box and he assured me he’ll go and see to it himself. Upon my return to the room the bed had sure been made but a plate of fruit had been left there THIRD day in a row despite my complaining of it to Dilip a few hours prior!!! During our conversation I had actually addressed that plate of fruit and he’d told me he didn’t remove the plate as we might still be eating it. In 38 degree heat. Having been left out overnight as the fridge was too small to store it. Having complained about it. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Swimming pool - beautiful, great guy who works there, tries his best but menu is awful and pool has insects in it every single day.
