Great facilities and great staff. The room was one of the best I ever stayed in for the price. Great location and good breakfast. The swimming pool was nice too.

I was given a room tour by Eric I believe he’s an african staff, he was very lovely made it feel like home and also a staff called allaa Egyptian!!! He was amazing very helpful I still remember his name very clearly from how much he made my stay comfortable and welcoming!🤍🤍

The staff and location

Access to light keys and their locations wasn't convenient. The toilet didn't have it's dedicated lighting switch and the entire area had one switch which made going to the toilet uneasy in the middle of the night because of excessive light. Access to towels after taking a shower was difficult because the way the shower door opens.

Everything was very good. The only disappointment was we couldn’t have breakfast because our flight was early.

The location was perfect, food was great and room was fantastic in size and view.

We had a hard time getting taxis and were even told one evening that they could offer a hotel van which would only cost a little over the taxi and which was totally untrue because on return we did get a taxi and we paid out 80 and returned paying 8!!!

La situation avec un accés au Dubai Mall et au métro en 5 mn a pieds, a proximité de la Burj khalifa. La piscine tres agréable Le personnel est super dispo La chambre est spacieuse.

Chambre très bruyante (10 éme étage), beaucoup de problème avec la clim et la lumière, la clé en bois de la chambre qui doit être reinitialisée tous les jours car elle ne fonctionne jamais!!! Ces petits problèmes ont étaient désagréables malgré que le personnel ai essayé de régler a chaque fois . Le petit déjeuné est très moyen

Séjour catastrophique. Lit bébé amené en chambre à 1h du matin alors que le lit était demandé à la réservation. Suite aux intempéries nous demandons à manger à l’hôtel. Plus de 2h pour obtenir un repas. Repas du soir reçu à 23h15…. Pour combler le tout suite aux intempéries piscine et terrasse inaccessible.

the cleanness of the hotel rooms was perfect the breakfast was perfect and delicious and it has a good variety all the staff’s was very kind and polite specially mr islam in reception and mr karim from housekeeping ; hotel has a good access to metro station and close way to dubai mall

-the women bathroom in the lobby was a little smelly and warm because of the bad air conditioner -the room beds was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable for us -our room was connected room so our next rooms sound was so loud even if they talk normally in another room we could to hear them clearly specially in the midnight (so the rooms are not sound proof)

Buena ubicacion, buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable , una estancia de lujo.

Geweldige kamers en een fantastisch ontbijt, zelden dat ik zoveel keuze heb gehad(westers, Indiaas, Arabisch, teveel om op te noemen). Een mooi zwembad op de 5de verdieping met een mooi uitzicht. De ligging was goed, dichtbij de metro en walkbridge naar Dubai Mall en Burj Khalifa.

Decoração moderna, quarto espaçoso, confortável, café da manhã muito bom!! Perto do Mall e Burj Khalifa.

Apesar de perto, o acesso ao Mall é uma longa caminhada.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful, specially the engineering team that helped me disassembled my boxes and Nameen (I think that’s his name) who always made sure my room was sparkly clean. Breakfast was amazing. My room was always kept clean. They even helped me carry my luggage all the way to the metro station. That was so nice.

-Location is superb if you want to have easy access to the metro, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai mall. You'll get out of the hotel and walk via an overpass to the mall which offers a variety of restaurants -Easy to get a taxi -Hotel staff are all very nice and attentive We opted to stay at the downtown Sofitel and not at the beach area because we weren't going to spend that many days at the beach and it seemed the beach area is really hard to get in and out, won't be able to use the metro system at all.

Not much. Everything was great. Breakfast does get repetitive if you stay longer than 5 days but still not bad.
