The service provided to us by the Concierge, Francesco, was excellent. He was very friendly and very helpful. We had problems while we were in Rome and he kindly upgraded our room as a gesture which we were very grateful for. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Metro.

Nothing really. The room was a bit bijou but that was probably due to the huge jacuzzi bath in it.

Room was set out really lovely. I liked the balcony and the air conditioning.

There was no mini bar or snacks available so had to go and walk to find some!

Good location. There were enough shops and cafes and restorants nearby. Pretty clean.

The AC was barely working. Even at minimum temperature set, you couldn't tell it's on. Opening the window/door was a bad idea, cause there was a kitchen under the room and you could smell everything. On the second day housekeeping took out blanket and did not return it.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The location was good - bed was passable but more on the uncomfortable side of hotel beds rather than comfortable. It had a balcony which was nice too & nice panelling in the room.

Room was not as grand as the pictures - was more smaller than expected with not much movement space around the bed or in the bathroom. On arrival there were no shower towels in the bathroom - I had to ask for them and got questioned "They didn't put them in?". There was black mould on the top of the shower, the toilet seat was loose - tightened it myself and it just got loose again. You can hear EVERYTHING at this hotel walls are like paper - I got woken up by the beeping of the cash register at 6am! The room had a green light on the ceiling that lit up the room even with curtains closed and lights off. There were hairs all about when we first arrived so wasn't that clean, the furniture was dated with all chips and marks on it. They have a massive sink that was in the bathroom which was good but you could only use 50% of it because there was a bidet blocking it.

Location is really convenient

You do not get what you pay for, that's my honest opinion. Pics do not match what you truly see once you arrive. Also, the magnetic card was not working several times and in the middle of the night
